A complete roof replacement had been done on the home about 15 years ago. The building code did not permit the metal roof to extend over the patio because of the patio's slope and modified bitumen roof installed. Over time a corner area began to lift and a small area along the flashing began showing a small leak in a bedroom. The roofer had gone out of business and we couldn't get a response from the product warranty so the search began for a roofer. We learned not all roofers do the repair we needed and not all roofers are interested in anything less than a full roof replacement. My initial quote was in 2021 and I reached out again to FSR mid-January 2024. The cost increase from the initial quote was anticipated but completely reasonable. The final inspection was approved in the second week of February. The process could have been even faster if we hadn't taken so long to sign the documents. Our experience with FSR was fabulous. Everything was done via email, text, cell and DocuSign. Communication was excellent. FSR did all permitting with the county. Once a start date was established it was completed on day two as projected and the final inspection completed and approved on day three. We know as our main roof ages who we will call when the eventual replacement is needed. It was a great experience and we would recommend FSR without reservations. They answered all questions I had regarding the process and the actual inspection. They were able to get me scheduled in under 24 hours, which was important because of an encroaching deadline. What ultimately swayed my decision to use Truview was the price. Other competitors, after offering a military discount - which Truview does not - still ran $100 above Truview's cost and didn't include the wind mitigation and four point inspection. The inspector (Armanni) was great - he arrived ahead of schedule and was polite and professional, and was very clear with his explanation of findings. The report was received within approximately an hour of the inspection completion, and all 97 pages detailed every possible deficiency you could imagine - from serious to ridiculously cosmetic. After receiving my report, I was unable to send the 4-point and wind mitigation reports by email for our insurance quotes. A quick call to Truview remedied that, and within 10 minutes each report was sent individually by email to permit easy transmission to the insurance company. Very happy with our choice.

They literally told me that they wouldn't take responsibility for anything and that I was on my own. It is a total lack of respect for the customer. I originally meant to write this review after Canopy Roofing installed my concrete tile roof about…read more2.5 years ago, but better late than never! I had an excellent experience with both Luis and the entire Canopy team. Luis took the time to meet with me in person and make sure I saw all of the tile colors and samples before making my decision. He was communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, the end result was perfect, and the price was very reasonable. Recently, I had a leak coming from an area under a flat roof that Canopy had not installed. I contacted the roofer who had done that portion of the roof to help diagnose and fix the issue, but unfortunately had a very frustrating experience (which I reviewed separately). I immediately called Luis to see if he could offer any advice or point me in the right direction. Luis answered the phone right away and, almost THREE years later, remembered me and addressed me by name. Even though this wasn't a part of the roof Canopy had installed--and they don't even do TPO flat roofs--Luis immediately offered to come to my house and help me figure out what was going on. He spent over an hour with me, listening carefully to what had happened, getting up on the roof to investigate, and helping me systematically test different areas with a hose to try to identify the source of the leak. After we thoroughly investigated the issue, he even offered to help me get a quote for the repair through a partner contractor who specializes in flat roofs. I am incredibly grateful not only for the quality of Canopy's work, but for the exceptional and genuinely personal customer service. The fact that Luis was willing to spend so much time helping me with an issue that wasn't even related to the roof Canopy installed says everything about the kind of company they are. Their professionalism was present during the entire process. From discussing the project with Juan to setting up the process with July Cruz, who was always on target and in communication with me, was top notch. The crew worked an entire day until my new flat roof was completed. Everything was cleaned immediately and no mess was left. The crew is friendly and the foreman gave me feedback from time to time. The next day, Mauricio and a couple of workers waited about 6 or 7 hours for the inspector to arrive and sign off. I truly recommend Canopy. All paperwork was provided to me timely. The cost was within a couple of hundreds more from the other companies I consulted, but the quality and value for my money was another plus by choosing Canopy.

This review is based solely on my personal experience and interaction with Prestige…read more My experience: When the windows were delivered on November 15, 2024, I was unable to reject the delivery as I was informed verbally, and they confirmed in writing, that the windows first "needed to be installed" before any inspection could take place. Per the contract terms, I was required to make the payments due at each stage -- including the delivery day payment, which brought my total paid to 90% of the $24,378.89 -- or face financial and legal consequences. FDACS public records: On March 2, 2026 I filed a consumer complaint with FDACS, State Consumer Mediator. Last week, on April 28, 2026, Prestige stated to the FDACS Mediator that I had: "inspected, accepted, paid for (in full), and permitted full installation of the product. No timely rejection occurred under the contract terms." BBB public record: However, 7 months earlier under the BBB complaint filed June 30, 2025, Prestige stated in a response on August 11, 2025: "When the client tried to 'reject the delivery', we called the manufacturer and they told us the windows had to be installed for them to look at them." I will now be taking the next legal step, supported by the detailed documentation I have compiled from Prestige's statements, responses and interactions over the past 18 months. My suggestion: Read the full complaints from the BBB (7/30/2025) and the FDACS (3/02/2026) which you can request to view at no cost. Based on the information in those documents and my experience, you can decide whether this is the right company for your project. In the meantime, see the photo of the windows that I get to look at every day, which shows four distinct multi colors (bright silver, light gray, medium gray and dark gray) visible from 30 feet away.
