We recently had our flat roof repaired from major damage - it was falling in!!!…read moreMany roofing contractors were unwilling to repair our flat roof which tied in to our existing tile roof without replacing the entire roof However, Sean at Affordable Roofing & Repairs was willing and able ! He and his family / team were on time, communicative and friendly! They did a fabulous job - and saw through the process from permit to inspection! We would recommend them highly for your roofing project. Thank you Sean!

I cannot believe I never left a review!…read more I reached out to ARR when my previous roof repair company found it ok to not answer my phone calls or emails. Their loss and I will now always be calling Sean and ARR for repairs ( even though my garbage HOA should have to repair the roof since it is a shared roof). When I called Sean he was very professional and was able to come out within the 24 hours to see what needed to be done. He showed up on time and was very thorough. He provided me with a fair estimate, and detailed everything that needed to be done and why. After accepting the estimate, we scheduled the repair job, which was within the next 48 hours. The repair went off without a hitch. Very pleased with the outcome. If I have any say when the HOA goes to redo all of the roofs, I will petition to have ARR do it!

I regret hiring Safeguard Roofing. They should be called No-Frills Roofing. I had my roof changed…read moreby them 5 years ago and have just found a rotten fascia and a rotten plywood above it. The owner's response was just have a stucco guy cover it. That really ticked me off. I am having another roofer change the plywood and the fascia, not covering the mess. I understand the rotten fascia is my responsibility but not the rotten plywood above it. Below is a photo of the rotten plywood taken from below where the crumbled fascia created a big gap and a photo from the roof when another contractor was replacing it and sealing everything so that the rain water flows into the gutter and not on the fascia board. If you are so keen on hiring this contractor I would recommend having a backup to take care of the mess afterwards.

Chase Roofing was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond for me. Competence and…read morequality like this are hard to find these days. I first reached out with questions about attic ventilation for a new solar attic fan since my roofer was wanting to install an undersized unit. After calling several companies, John from Chase Roofing was the only one I spoke with that immediately understood the calculations involved. He was able guide me to the properly sized unit to achieve the correct intake and exhaust balance. After my re-roof with a different company, I was left with concerns that went unaddressed. John inspected my new roof, was meticulous in pointing out important details, explained everything clearly and educated me on things I needed to know. His expertise gave me so much peace of mind. I wish I had found them sooner. I would highly recommend John and Chase Roofing without hesitation.

This was fixed, it rained and the leak happened again, they came back to fix it, and as soon as we got more rain, it leaked again. Last week I was told by one of their representatives that he would be coming back on a specific day. I waited all day and no one showed up and what makes it even worse is that despite my speaking with the estimator and he assuring me that all would be taken care of, they are now saying that this was a favor (unfrigginbelieveable) and was not part of the original work. If you have a small job, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, the miscommunication, lack of respect and blatant lies were impossible. I just told them to forget it. I have decided to work/pay another company to try and solve the same leak that was supposed to have been fixed several times becasue it is better than dealing with them again.

Great at communication & service prior to setting up contract…read moreI contacted several other companies & these guys do a great job on the front end Prices comparable to others but the communication & sales are what sealed the deal for us Figured Paul Bange, David Bange... Unfortunately, sales doesn't do the install and I thought their work was pretty sloppy & left a lot to be desired Trash, nails, cigarette butts, bottles, caps everywhere Most of the workers wearing Paul Bange stuff anyway Supply chain issues & delays are out of their control and they could've done a better job communicating those issues with us but the main issue was dirty, sloppy work leaving me to pick up after then months after the install Obviously, only time will tell if the roof holds up...

I recently hired Florida Quality Roofing (FQR) for install of a new roof on my Southeast Florida…read morehome. FQR came as a highly regarded referral from close friends who also used FQR to install their new roof within the last 2 years. German Duarte the Founder & President and Deborah Haase the Office Administrator were outstanding throughout the entire process. German and Deborah were always accessible and very responsive to all of my questions and concerns via email, text and telephone. I went with the Boral Barcelona 900 tiles (Chestnut Burnt color) and CertainTeed Flintlastic SA CAP Commercial underlayment. FQR is fully licensed, insured and provides a 10-year workmanship warranty against leaks on sloped roofs. From start to finish, FQR took under 2 weeks to complete my job which included previous roof tear off, underlayment and new tile installation and township inspections. The FQR crew was on-time starting no later than 8am and finishing around 6pm each and everyday on my project until it was completed. They did an excellent job of cleaning up my and my neighbor's property at the conclusion of their work each day. German and FQR are very transparent, no hidden charges and extremely communicative if job must be postponed for a day or 2 due to rainy weather. The entire FQR team deserves a 5 star rating. I highly recommend you consider FQR if you are in the market for a new roof for your home!

First let me say what a pleasure it was working with Florida Quality Roofing. Everyone from the…read moreowner of the company to the office staff and the hard working guys out in the field is what makes FQR one of the very best in South Florida. We chose Florida Quality Roofing wisely and carefully after interviewing more than 5 companies and could not have asked for a better experience than we received from them. Most companies will send a salesman out to talk to you but with FQR the OWNER comes out! German (the owner ) is far from a high powered salesman, he's about as mellow as one can get!! I like that, I don't like being pressured. He discussed the different types of metal roofs that were available and what he recommended and what he didn't. We formulated a plan and within a week German provided the cost and said our roofing material was available. We went with the plan and a month later we had a beautiful brand new roof. I learned a lot about metal roofs. They are labor intensive, much more complicated than asphalt shingle roofs. You really need a skilled crew of workers to install a metal roof correctly. Florida Quality Roofing has been around for a very long time, rare for roofing companies, they know what they're doing. I would hire them for any kind of roof.

I guess we missed that in the contract so beware. 10 year warranty VOID. We had cracked tiles replaced both by Allied one time, and another vendor once they were slow to respond and were more expensive. Yet another gotcha on warranty, so again in order to get the 10 year warranty you need to take pre and post pics prior to yearly cleaning and only use them or get their approval for a simple task like replacing cracked tiles, not roof repairs, but simple tile replacement. All along there was little interest in understanding or addressing the leak, Fix the Blame not the problem. They are indeed correct, I missed the gotchas on the contract, yet the lack of concern for a customer with an aggressive leak who never had a claim until week 51 of year 9 on a 10 year warranty is a concern. They did offer a quote for the repairs, NO site visit they were offering a quote based on 2 pics we sent them, I chose to pass, I advise all to do the same. If they truly believed the leak was from broken tiles they would not offer a quote from pics. They know the valley where garage and roof join is vulnerable, hence the 10 WARRANTY.
