I'm shopping for insurance and a rotted soffit came up on my inspection. I knew Paul Bange had done the roof (almost 10 years ago, before I bought the house) so I called them. John was able to come out the same day, which was incredible. He must be the most knowledgeable, honest contractor I've ever spoken to. There was some debate over what was causing it, so he took pictures and drone video, and this weekend when it rains we're going to keep an eye on it to see if we can avoid roof repairs (we're all pretty sure it's not a roof leak, but just to cover all bases). He's genuinely going out of his way to make sure to keep this as affordable as possible. Without a doubt, when I *do* need a new roof (hopefully not for a long long time!), I'm calling these guys and requesting John specifically. After paying over $25,000 for a new roof, there were still gutters hanging from my house and multiple unfinished items. I took photos and simply asked them to come back and finish the work before I paid the remaining balance of around $2,000. Instead of completing the job, they rushed to file a lien against my property. As a single mother, I felt I was treated very differently than I should have been. Rather than working with me to resolve a small punch list after a major project, they chose intimidation. What made it even more uncomfortable was that one of their employees stood outside my home commenting on how nice my house and neighborhood were and saying he wished he could afford something like it. Given everything that followed, it left me feeling that there was resentment toward me instead of a genuine effort to finish the work professionally. I spent over $25,000 expecting quality work and respectful customer service. Instead, I was left with unfinished work, a lien, and one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Paul Bange Roofing Company sealed my mobile home roof (R400) in one day for over $8,000 and now have the nerve to want me to pay over $1500 to fix a new leak even though its still under warranty. This is too common when sons take over a company when the father who owned the company passes away. I will never refer them or use them again! read more

I highly recommend Aaron and Paul Bange Roofing (PBR). My home is 2 story detached 25 year old house. PBR removed and re-roofed the entire roof flawlessly, timely and on budget. From the very first visit, Aaron was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He thoroughly inspected my home, even using a drone to examine the roof. He took the time to explain the entire re-roofing process, including each stage of the project and the payment schedule, so I knew exactly what to expect. His brochure "What to Expect..." was a tremendous written accompaniment to Aarons oral explanation. I referred to the steps outlined in the brochure as the roof progressed and it was very helpful to alleviate my concerns. Throughout the project--from signing the contract to the sixth and final inspection by the City of Coral Springs--Aaron was always responsive to my questions and kept me informed every step of the way.
