I have some evidence of roof damage inside my home and I immediately started looking for quotes to fix and replace the roof as I know it's damage from hurricane Irma. I am new to this and heard horrible stories of roofing companies so I was very skeptical and on defense. After that, Carlos have answer all my questions and I had many!!! Very patiently and assuring me I am good hands with his explanations. I am thankful I have found a good company who is taking care of my safety. One leak has been mitigated and one more pending. I am very happy with the work done thus far and after a few rainy days no more leak in my master bathroom. I will report later on the rest of their work as this is a phase approach remediation. Also want to thank Carlos Cruz (project manager) again for all his support and patience to continued addressing my questions/concerns. Paul Bange Roofing had to come back on 6/11/20 to mitigate another leak that was really bad! By coincidence or not Ryan got this job and I was happy because he was already familiar with my case. The company did me right, took care of my issue and didn't charge me for it since it was part of the original leak for which I paid for. I have to say Ryan did a fantastic job, took care of me under a rainy day and waited until clouds passed to let him work my leak. I cannot thank him enough and I am just waiting for all these nightmare to be over with. I really need a new roof!!! And insurance as aways doesn't want to help but they are very quick to charge premium rate year after year and increase it too. I'm writing this review based on work that was done for my dad's home in Weston. He and my mom are original owners and have lived in the same place for the past thirty five years. My dad is 98 and my mom 96. Still on their own. Over the course of time every house needs repairs and in this case it was a roof leak that should have been addressed a few years ago. I live in Atlanta and helping out with these types of things long distance can be a challenge. After checking past reviews and getting a referral from a local homeowner with personal experience, I contacted Paul Bange Roofing during my last visit to Florida. I wasn't expecting a quick response, but based on my schedule and need to get back to Atlanta, they accommodated me. They sent over Tim Powers, a project manager. He came by to evaluate the state of the roof leak and In addition to the leak , there was rotting facia wood, stucco that needed replacing and a patio screen frame that had to be detached as well as reattached upon project completion. Along with the roof repair, two other companies had to be involved, one for stucco and the other for the patio screen frame. Tim personally delivered a line item estimate the same day and we made the decision to go forward. No money required until the project was completed. Tim Powers was our project manager, and based on my long distance situation, I asked him to coordinate the whole project and recommend the two other companies we needed, as well as be accountable for the coordination of the entire project. This project went on for awhile due to constant storms and scheduling issues, which I expected, but throughout the entire process Tim was texting me with updates. We were in constant communication. When I first met Tim I told him my dad was a combat veteran of WW2 and that he had spent three years in the South Pacific. Tim said he would take care of my dad, and not to worry about the project. I am currently purchasing a home and was worried about a couple of potential roof leaks found in my initial inspection. I researched the best roofers in the area and I found Paul Bange- from beginning to end, they were so incredible to work with. I never write yelp reviews, but I am so impressed with this company that I felt like I just needed to. They scheduled me last minute for the following day which I was so appreciative of and the representative on the phone could not have been nicer. But the real deal- is the gentleman that actually met with us on site to inspect the roof, John Kenney. As soon as John showed up, in a minute I knew that we had chosen the right company. John listened to all of my concerns, went over the inspection findings, and then got to work. John was so courteous the entire time and in such an overwhelming purchasing process, made me feel so comfortable in the way he explained every single part of what parts of the roof needed repair. He very patiently went through different scenarios with me, and tried to really see what my goal was for the roof and how he could meet that. Just knowing that he said all of his team members are as thorough as him, makes me so confident to have them take care of the job. Best of all, since I was in such a short timeframe, I asked Joh at the end of the inspection when he would be able to have a proposal for me, to which he replied no later than Monday morning. I asked him if there was anyway to expedite it, but I know they are so busy at the moment. Just a few hours later, multiple proposals were in my email inbox with the different scenarios we discussed. My wife & myself have resided in our home since 1988. We've been thru numerous tropical storms and hurricanes including Andrew, Wilma, and Irma. We had one reroof accomplished after Andrew, 12 years later, after Wilma. Both were paid by our Homeowners insurance company. Now, both of us being in our early 70's, after the challenges of raising 6 kids and young parents meet world, our new challenge of inflation, & the homeowners insurance quagmire, we decided to be proactive and invest in a new reroof utilizing the MY Safe Florida Home Program, however this time, pay for it ourselves. We wanted a Roofing Company that we could trust, and have this last reroof, be solid, up to code. After having several quotes, we chose Paul Bange roofing. The other quotes were of less money, however John Kenney, our point of contact for Paul Bange, pointed out areas that the other roofing companies did not pay attention to. The other companies did not do any wood repair, Fascia & soffit, and the roofing tongue & groove was not replaced previously with the same type wood removed. I guess the adage "You get what you pay for" held true on the two previous reroofs. Anyways, Kudos to John Kenney & the Paul Bange Roofing Team for an outstanding job on our house. read more

May 20, 2020 Paul Bange Roofing just finished replacing our 20+ year old tile roof. They truly were the best, and we are so pleased that we hired them to do this. The workers were always prompt and professional and were so pleasant whenever we asked them questions. If the workers did not have an answer, they contacted the company for us to get the specific information we wanted. The workers were always so efficient and really worked well together as a team. Even my neighbors were impressed with their attention to detail. Because of the work they did on our roof, our next-door neighbor decided to have Paul Bange to do his roof as well. And our neighbor on the other side will be calling you soon! I want to give a "Shout Out " to Paul Bange's roofing company. I am so glad I choose his company to replace my roof on my home. Received Absolutely first rate service and timely, quality workmanship from Paul Bange and their staff --- especially Carlos who was my account manager and literally walked me through the entire process answering every call and all my questions with patience and professionalism. I Have a home in Oakland, Park Florida with roof damage from Irma. After several estimates, Paul Bange provided the most competitive price and best possible start date. After an amazing first meeting with Carlos, I can honestly report nothing but positive interaction with support and scheduling staff. The permitting and installation crew was just as amazing, completing the roof in 2 weekends without issue and leaving the site in broom swept condition with both inspections passing with the city without a single question or issue. Paul Bange Roofing has done work on our home for several years. They rescued our roof after another company replaced it after Hurricane Wilma and left town, sticking us with an unenforceable warranty. Their repairs saved us thousands in interior damage. When Hurricane Irma hit our home hard, our estimator Fred Krei walked not just the areas the insurance adjuster had noted - he walked the whole 7000 sq ft roof, and saved us from settling our claim for too little- even inspecting our chimney! We ultimately had to reroof and Fred was there throughout, treating us like family. The measure of a company is when something goes wrong; in our case a worker accidentally threw out the roof mount fan for our range hood. Bange replaced it without a fuss. Not kidding. We are now downsizing into our last home and it has an older roof. Before we put in our offer, we called Fred and asked him to check out the roof for us. He is doing that tomorrow - on his day off.
