Rod is a stand up professional you can trust. I called him because I had a leak in my living room in my townhome. I was certain it was the roof. When he got there he identified it was a crack in the shared wall between my unit and the adjacent unit. He gave me several options and also recommended the most efficient option would be to seal up the crack. He did just that and I haven't had a problem since. This was 2 years ago and still no leak. I definitely recommend him. read more

We called for a roofing quote as we were told by our new insurance company our garage needed to be re roofed. It was a flat roof. We had gotten quotes from several places. Rod responded first and he came out to look at the roof. One roofing company told us what cost would be on the phone, and had no interest in coming out to look at the roof. He google -earthed our house - very odd. Rod came out the next day and gave a quote. He agreed to get the permit filed for the city, and then got it signed. When he got the permit signed, he called us to schedule what days he and his team would be there to start. He spent one full day with his team and almost completed it. He came back 2 days later and completed the project. His price was fair and he was good. His team was professional and experienced. It is a local business and family owned as well. We definitely recommend Rod and his team!!!!! read more

We have used Rod four times now, and he has been excellent every single time (as well as his team). Professional, honest, quick, and fairly priced, which is hard to find these days. If you are looking for a roofer who actually shows up, communicates, and does great work, Rod is your guy. Highly recommend! read more

Short story: So glad i called RGR Rod Guy Roofer! I connected by phone and was able to show him a picture of the issues on our flat roof. He quoted a fair price on the same day and we were fortunately able to schedule the repairs within the week! Longer Story: Citizens came to do an inspection of our home after insuring the home for 20+ years. They stated that the flat roof was worn and deteriorated. I called RGR who has been a Hollywood resident his entire life and though i only dealt with this issue on my home, Rod has been dealing with Citizens and this issue forever. His confidence in his work comes through on the phone. I received an email and text quote with follow-up calls. When his workers arrived (early!) , both Ivan and Victor were professional, thorough and kept the workplace clean. Rod follows up the work with paid invoices and pictures that you can simply send to the insurance company. Its refreshing to hire a professional and not have to worry - that is my experience with RGR Rod Guy Roofer! read more

Our insurance company insisted we replace our roof. I spoke with Rod and was immediately impressed with how courteous and professional he was. He and Amanda took care of everything, from working with our HOA to getting the permits and inspections. They made it easy! I can't begin to express how grateful we are to them. Every single time I called Rod answered the phone. He kept me up to date on every aspect of the job, from what time his crews would be showing up to the final cleanup. They did outstanding work for a very reasonable price. If you're looking for an honest roofer to takes great pride in his work and is focused on complete customer satisfaction, RGR is the only way to go. read more

I highly recommend Rod Guy Roofer! It is very rare nowadays that you can find a company that takes pride in their work. These guys were very professional, respectful, hard working, honest, and kept me inform on the progress of the job. I needed them to replace the fascia on the back side of my house. Rod came by and walked around the house and found another area of rotted fascia and a possible leak, which I did not see. When Rod's employees starting working on the fascia they ran into one challenge after another but never once did they say they couldn't do something and kept positive. Rod kept me up to date and educated me along the way, which I really appreciated it. They went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were happy. In the end, my fascia, and the small roof leak was repaired and two very tired guys were done read more

I can not say enough positive comments about my experience with Rod. He took the time to treat me with kindness and fully explain everything that needed to be done. He had a proposal over to me within an hour and had appointments available immediately. His pricing was extremely fair and his team was top notch. I am already booking him to come back for more work I need done on the roof. I recommend 100%. read more

Rod was very responsive to my inquiry, provided an estimate, and was on-site the next day to do the repairs on time as scheduled. On Friday, June 14th, 2024, a major storm drenched the Davie area for several days, causing a tremendous amount of rain that flooded my neighborhood. I developed a horrible roof leak that needed immediate repair. Both of my kids' rooms were flooded with water, and large portions of drywall and carpet were destroyed. I called my roofing company, which I currently have a contract with for a future roof replacement to come and fix the leak over my kids' rooms. This company was unable to come out and fix the leak because all of their service techs were too backed up on other repair jobs. I also called another major roofing company that was also too backed up to come out due to the storm. I've used Rod Guy in the past and knew he did great work. I decided to call Rod, while it was still raining and about 3 pm on a Friday. I spoke to Rod directly and told him my situation. He came to my house 45 minutes later and told me he was extremely backed up with other repair jobs, but he would try to send a crew out the following day. I never expected Rod to fit me into his busy schedule, nor did I expect him to come out over Father's Day weekend. But sure enough, Rod and his crew showed up at my house the very next morning. Rod and his guys tore down my roof tiles, found large chunks of rotten wood, and repaired my leak! Rod also came out the next week and repaired other areas of my roof, which he thought could result in a future leak. His price was absolutely fair, and his crews workmanship was fantastic. Above all else, Rod is an amazing person. It is so hard this day and age to find an honest repairman, especially a roofer, who isn't trying to just make a quick dollar. Rod never tried to up-sell me unnecessary services. He made sure the job was done right, and he truly cares about his customers. I can not say enough good things about Rod Guy and his crew. Thank you, Rod, I appreciate everything you did to help me and my family during a hard time. read more

The service from start to finish was excellent. Their quality of work is outstanding if for some reason you are unable to be their, no worries they keep you updated with photos Mr. Rod even call me to explain what was happening in the photos, plus explain to me why my roof was leaking. Now that's over and beyond, excellent service. I can't even put a value on how I appreciated them coming out the same day I called to evaluate the situation. What I paid for the service & materials was a great value too me and my family. Anyone knows when it comes to your roof a little spot can sometimes leads to a big problem down the road. I highly recommend RGR for any of your roofing needs. Remember hurricanes season is a pond us give them a call, even if you don't see a problem but think they might be one, please give them a call and ask for them to come and take a look at your roof. Am a new customer am telling you this company is the best good honest family business. They come do the work they are hired to do no standing around. When they leave your property is as clean like they were never their, accept for your new roof. My opinion RGR company deserves a 10 star rating thanks Rod read more

Amazing company to work with. Rod and his crew were top notch. Dealt with a few other roofers that were not friendly and refused to quote a leak repair and would only recommend re-roofing. Rod quickly responded when called and immediately provided a detailed quote with a flat price. The job was far more extensive then initially thought and his crew busted their tails to complete the repair. Quality work and fair pricing. Can't recommend Rod Guy Roofer enough. I have to thank Rod for coming out to my home and diagnosing my issue. What I thought was a roof leak turned out to be something totally different and Rod helped me to realize that. RGR Roofing came out promptly rather quickly I might add, that same day, and gave me an assessment of what I thought to be a roof leak. He was very honest and reliable and if I ever get a roof issue Rod will be my go-to guy. It's because he was honest and he wasn't trying to make extra money off of me or strong-arm me into buying anything. He is truly ethical and genuine. He has my business. I'm very much grateful! I just purchased a home and found leaks in a room. The thought was it was coming from the roof. Rod came and looked at the roof and assured me nothing was wrong and educated me on some roof lingo. My little girl is my pretty much everything. Okay, maybe not so little anymore at 24. She's a school teacher and an amazing young lady. She owns a Beautiful house in Coral Springs. Admittedly my happiest moment are when she calls because the house is falling down around her. One day she calls, there's a crack in the bathroom tile. She takes a picture. I look and think wow. She made that hairline crack look like the Grand Canyon. I'm petty good at must stuff around a house. She calls again it's late I'm leaving Homestead. My roof is leaking!!! So off to Coral Springs I go check it out. Guys as you know, yes sometimes you find them. A roof leak can cause serious problems. So she calls. Rod Roof Guy. Reviews were great, price inline with everyone else. What wasn't in-line with everyone else was the quality of work and attention to detail. My daughter sent pictures as it was being done. Clean organized just plain out done right. I do for my daughter everything I can but I also know when it's time to call a professional. Rod is that and more. I texted him with a note of appreciation. Explain to him how happy I was fixing my little girls roof. Adding if you have daughters you'll understand. He replied he knew exactly how I felt his little girl is 35. Thanks again Rod YOU ARE THE ROOF GUY read more

I liked the idea of a company that specializes on repairing roofs, not replacing. The companies that re-roof often look at repair only jobs as an inconvenience since it is not as profitable as a re-roof. Rod and his employees were communicative and punctual. The company has been around for a long time and back up any work they do. You should feel confident hiring Rod Guy Roofer. read more

Rod was very accommodating during the entire project through completion. He even took my call when he was vacationing somewhere in Alaska. Rod was great!! I live in NJ and had to get some shingles repaired on a home so it was difficult finding someone while I was out of state. I stumbled on the reviews Rod had and gave him a call. He was so responsive, reliable and quick! I was under a time crunch for insurance purposes and he did not waste a second. Spoke to him on Wednesday and the job was done mid day Thursday. Given the size of the job other roofers charged ridiculous minimums and while Rod also had a minimum it was reasonable. Highly recommend Rod for all your roof repair needs! read more

I noticed a small stain on my ceiling Friday afternoon. I knew what the issue was, had it fixed in the past. It was my Chimney...yup I have a Chimney. I know what you are thinking... A Chimney in South Florida, why? I agree with you. That is why I did some searching for a roof repair team. I found Rod Roofer was heavily recommended in our local area so I made the call. The request was simple. Remove my Chimney, I am over having it sealed and I only use the fireplace for candles... I have not turned on my heat in the 8 years I have lived here. Rodney asked for some pictures which I sent, he then responded with a fair price and let me know he could come out that Sunday. Fantastic, he was hired! Arrived Promptly at 0800 as promised and start working right away. His team took pictures of the entire process and shared with me their finding and the repair that would be done. They did say the shingles may not match exactly but would get as close as they could. I was not disappointed at all. The team did a great job at the removal and repair, cleaned up after themselves, and kept me in the loop. All at a great price. Now Rodney only does repair work, no re-roofs, so if you see a leak he is the man to call. I am extremely happy with the work done and will be recommending him going forward. read more
