Another great and local boba tea shop I can count on. Love the taste and super authentic. Been here twice now and both times were delish!!! Tiger milk tea? 5/5 Second time? I got the mango sago boba which was so yummy with honey boba. I guess this one was special so i did have go pay a little extra since it only came in a large, but it was well worth it. Considering it being busy the drink came out super fast. The gal at the register seemed new, and was a little confused with a lot of the questions asked. Other than that i would love to come back to try more drinks they offered. Very fresh tasting and not artificial tasting at all. 5/5 Management is not friendly though, attitude is crappy. The place is super adorable! Pretty elongated!

This new Tiger Sugar is in a really great location! Just on the other end of The Block; and inside a large area with L&L Hawaiian. The food court was huge and is very family oriented/friendly. They have a lot of seating arrangements and also offer tables outdoors. Okay onto Tiger Sugar; this was third time ever getting Tiger Sugar and was not my favorite visit. The fruit series drinks; I tried a fruit tea with passion fruit I believe and then their New Lychee Busting Boba Black Tea . And for milk tea, we tried the signature Black Sugar Boba + Pearl Milk with Cream Mousse. IN MY OPINION, The fruit series would be a great drink for anyone who seriously loves tea. The tea that was used in both drinks was brewed strongly; and made me even more thirsty after taking each sip. The Milk Tea was okay, Im not sure what Cream Mousse is supposed to taste like (or if it even tastes like anything)? The milk tea came with regular sized boba and mini boba pears as well so personally, I really enjoyed the different "textures". AND AS A PLUS, Since we got it in a large size; it came in their special HELLO KITTY CUP. Personally, I would visit other bubble tea shops in the Annandale area but if you like Tiger Sugar; you'll love the aesthetic and vibes here!

Fast service and great staff. The drink was perfect for a hot and humid DMV day. I got the least amount of sweetness (25%) and it was still a bit sweet for me so next time I will get 0%. The boba is a mix of tiny and regular sozed boba which I really loved. Highly recommend to try

This location is in a new food hall with the Hawaiian barbecue in the same plaza as the block. There's plenty of space but not sure on the weekend what the vibes are. You order on the iPad. They took about 15 mins to make. So they were actually out of some ingredients, but in their defense they were closing in 30 mins. Of course I got the classic brown sugar milk tea. This isn't as good as the other locations. It was watered down, and boba not that QQ. Tiger sugar is in my top 10.

Staff friendly and answered questions. Black sugar boba and pearls are actually two different boba which I thought was interesting. We tried the black sugar milk with cream mousse with coffee jelly, lychee bursting boba black tea, and strawberry mango jasmine green tea. I would come back to try other things!

I ordered hot black sugar boba , and then I got it in the plastic cup for my hot drink. After I tasted it I feel Plastic cups start to soften after being heated so I went back and explained about it and ask him it not right that you put hot drink in to plastic cup because When heated, some plastics can release chemicals like BPA into drinks. The guy who made the drink said he made a mistake , so he will change to the paper cup for me. I worried my drink might not safe for drink since I feel the plastic cup already soft by the heat, and I ask him to return and do the new one.he react to me , he just gave me the bad attitude and he said he is the manager he won't do a new one for me what he can do is only pour this drink to paper cup. poor service not recommend

Really crappy service for not so great tea. And I've been to other Tiger Sugars before! There are better places around town...

I mourn the fact that COVID killed the samples, but it's still a great place to shop for a treat or just run in and grab a coffee which I do a few times a month. Recommend: Any of the breads that are unwrapped and on the baking trays by the counter. Those are fresh out of the oven that day. I especially love the mocha roll. It's big and fluffy with chewy moist mocha flavored dough and a crispy sugary coating on the outside that's to die for. It's still light and fluffy at the same time. Yum! And while it's prob not made in-house, I do love the red bean buns. Bathrooms are always clean and the upstairs is great for a longer chat with a friend, time in a book, or board or card game time. They also have a lovely upstairs covered porch for pretty days.

First, the yogurt snow had awful fruits: kiwi was old, strawberries were not ripe, melon tasted like watermelon rinds, the canned mandarins tasted canned. The yogurt was okay, but the snow tasted just like ice. Absolutely no flavor whatsoever for $16.55 The chocolate chip brownie, didn't have much taste of chocolate and stale. $4.50 The upside down pineapple cake was the worst, so old it had the metallic taste of the aluminum container and crumbled into granules using a fork. Absolutely inedible! $4.25 Breeze bakery has been going downhill for a while now, but 3 out 3 items being inedible for $28 is unbelievable. There is also the short bulky Korean guy, possibly the manager who's seems to be on a power trip and speaks to customers rudely and unprofessionally. Will never come back and will inform my friends and family how this business is tanking.

This one was my personal fav out of the 3; I thought it was going to be a normal milk tea; i wasnt expecting the thick coconut or the passion fruit taste. I added pudding as an additional topping and it blended so well with the coconut and thick creaminess. The boba was spot on and just the right amount of chewyness and sweetness. -Prism Town Punch (inspo: Totodile) a tropical punch with blue curacao, citrus lemonade and aloe jelly. This drink was not really my cup of tea but it tasted very similar to a mountain dew baja blast LOL -Mega Evolution Matcha (inspo: Chikorita) "creamy buttery matcha with brown sugar boba" .. This one was the worst one, in my opinion. I love a good matcha latte but this was not it. It tasted like grass, I couldnt have more than 3 sips. My friend and I finished the other 2 and thought we'd give the matcha another try; it was worse this time than the initial tasting. I have no words.... truly just not great. The boba-ristas were nice and allowed us to switch out our straw toppers. We got 2 pikachus and 1 pokeball straw topper; they are super cute. The store is small with a few hightop tables, they have a new claw machine with some cute stuffed plushies and a photo booth.

Their 3D mousse desserts are some of the best I have ever had, and the loaded bingsu makes Shilla a must-visit in Annandale. Shilla has been a neighborhood staple for years, offering everything from cakes and breads to bing-su and beverages. I have had many of their cakes for celebrations and birthdays, they always hit. While they nail the classics, they also continue to impress with creative desserts that feel fresh and refined. The interior has plenty of seating, clean, and cute paintings on the walls to set the mood. Despite the busy crowds, service was quick and welcoming. We came specifically for the 3D mousse desserts, and they exceeded expectations. My favorites were the Sleeping Bear, Avocado, and Banana. The avocado mousse was surprisingly nutty and paired perfectly with the banana jam filling, creating a balanced dessert that wasn't overly sweet. The Chocolate Bear was equally smooth and creamy, and even the buttery cookie base was delicious. The strawberry bingsu was generously topped with condensed milk and large, chewy pieces of rice cake, making it the perfect dessert to share. Shilla remains Annandale's staple bakery and a gem.
