We looked through the receipt and realized the order they gave us was the wrong order but this other customer shared the same first name. Other locations have asked me for the last 4 of my phone at the time of confirmation to avoid this. It was close to 8 PM at this point and I was so fed up with having to potentially wait for another 20 minutes (assuming my order will not be mixed up again) for them to prepare the food again and being pregnant I just opted to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere because I was so hungry at that point I honestly would have not been able to tolerate another mix up with my food. They offered to take my husband's number to have their manager reach out to discuss the situation but we have yet to hear from them.
