Stopped in for a t-shirt. Ended up trading ultra limited for a new street glide. Great and friendly staff throughout all the departments.

We paid Anthony $350 and supplied him with $300 in parts to replace the blade on a Bobcat bucket we…read moreborrowed from a friend. After having the machine for over 4 months he refused to return it. Our friend had to go get the machine without it being fixed! He refused to give us the supplied part back or refund our money. He also didn't repair the test of the issues that were paid for totaling over $9k! Stay away from this business!! He doesn't know what he's doing and will scam you!!

I dropped off my atv off Sept 24 to get fixed. I was sending money to him thru Venmo- he claims he…read moredidn't get the money at all, then not fixing my atv. I ended up having to move and haven't been able to pick them up... He said it was no problem they could stay at his shop as long as needed. The few times I asked if he would be at the shop, he told me no not that day.... now he contacts me and says "the storage fees are racking up." He never mentioned storage fees until a couple of days ago. He hit on me when I dropped them off when he had a girlfriend. Now he's holding my atv's hostage until I pay him $90 a day for storage fees up front. He's said that for one month of storage fees are $2700 and that has to be paid up front. This is extortion. I asked for his new address so I could pick them up.... he refused to answer, this is Larceny. As long as he feels he has a chance with you, he will work with you, but when you stand up for yourself, he extorts more money from you by holding your items hostage.

My recent customer service experience with Red Hills Powersports in Tallahassee FL. I must admit I…read morewas pleasantly surprised, some might even say shocked at the level of service I received. The Service Dept. was able to service my bike and leave it running in tip top operating condition, just in time to enjoy this Fall weather. My bike sat for a year and a half in my garage needless to say the fuel system became an issue. After discussing my situation with Cody the Store Manager we were able to get my bike there and they started on the repairs, a week later my bike was ready Just purring like a kitten. Adam the service Advisor recommended some additional repairs which at the time I could not afford, although I did let him know I would try and get the issue resolved sooner than later. I am seriously considering trading my bike in on a newer one perhaps a 2018 Indian Scout Bobber? Still trying to negotiate with Cody a mutually agreed upon deal. Cody is very appreciative of former, retired and Active Duty Military members and is willing to squeeze blood out of a turnip if he has to, to win your business. I am waiting to see if we can shake hands on a great deal for both of us. In the event that we can't, I still want to praise his management style and most of all, his willingness to go above and beyond the required due diligence in customer service. He is a very tough but fair negotiator. I recommend his shop to any of my friends and coworkers for servicing their bikes. I very much look forward to and hopefully agreeing on a deal with the store on my new bike. rider. LL

I had new tires put on my motorcycle there, shortly after picking it up experienced very bad wobble…read moreand wag from front and rear of the bike, thought I had a serious issue that could not be related to tires because they just installed them, come to find out the rear axle nut was finger tight and the rear wheel moved side to side a half an inch going down the road, I reached out to the general manager to have him show good faith and help me pay the shop that discovered the problem, he was very condescending , the amount to make it right was very minimal, and he didn't care, very lucky that I didn't get killed after they worked on it. Update on the manager's response to my review. The motorcycle had maybe 200 miles on it in 6 months since I paid Ride now powersports of Tallahassee for tires and had them install them. The bike was parked due to a problem that they created. The manager was told that if I ever saw the technician that installed my tires I would give him a piece of my mind, you twist words around you make up lies to cover the truth that work was done to my bike that could have gotten someone killed. I asked you to pay the small amount to the shop that discovered the problem and fixed it, and this would have been done and over with although I would have never came back. People trust you and put their lives in your hands when you install tires on a motorcycle, it's how you deal with the problem once it has surfaced, and you have shown exactly the kind of manager you are. This is not the only place that this is posted, I told you that when you treat people badly social media is not your friend, you run a major business in this town and this is how you treat people, lies and excuses and condescending at the same time
