The whole experience was relaxed, engaging, and included plenty of friendly banter from the staff as Tyler took me around the place to get the deal sorted out. They seemed to be short staffed, like many businesses these days, but the mood was still genuinely upbeat and it definitely appears as though work is getting done. Of Note: Tyler waited on me to get to Tifton from Albany to pick up my bike. The store closes at 6pm and I was able to get there around 5:20pm. Tyler had my bike outside waiting for me to take it for a test spin. He spent as much time as I needed to get me familiar with my new bike. All-the-while, his beautiful baby girl was in her car seat in the air conditioned car just chillin. Now, that's dedication to a job. Thank you Tyler! I haven't been too far on my new bike, but it's exactly what I wanted. I know there was some luck involved, but the kindness and hustle of the staff at Tifton H-D made the largest impact. I was quickly greeted by a nice fellow named Brannon. He gave me a tour and showed me a few of the bikes I was interested in. He did a great job explaining every detail for each bike I've gotta say. I told him next time I'm in town I'll stop by and at least pick up some gear like riding gloves or a t-shirt. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they come at you a little too hard with the sales pitch. Not the guy Brannon, but I'm guessing it was the manager i talked with, going all out to sell me a bike. I don't mind salesman or anything but this guy was relentless, even after I made it clear I was only checking bikes out. I couldn't buy a bike if I wanted to because I'd have to get it back to Maryland, where I live. Aside from that, it's a great place. Definitely stop in.

There were also times when I needed services they didn't offer, and instead of trying to upsell or take on work outside their scope, they were upfront and referred me elsewhere. I appreciated that honesty. In addition to this, there was a time a brought a foreign vehicle I was considering purchasing for my daughter to Pete's Auto for an inspection. They performed a thorough evaluation and were honest about the condition of the car, ultimately saving me from purchasing a vehicle that would have required nearly $5,000 in repairs that the local dealer DID NOT disclose despite saying they had completed a bumper to bumper inspection. That level of transparency and expertise reinforced my trust in their recommendations. One thing I think is important for people to understand, especially when reading negative reviews, is that high-mileage foreign vehicles will require costly repairs regardless of where you take them. That's the nature of the vehicle, not the shop. At that point, it becomes a personal decision whether to continue investing in the car or move on to something with lower maintenance costs. Compared to dealership pricing, Pete's Auto has consistently been far more reasonable. That stall was clean so I used that. I then went purchased a couple of snacks and a coffee. The second visit, the store was more busy and there was a line for the restroom. The line was moving but there were about 4 of us waiting at a time. Then I went to get coffee. No Cuban roast or any dark roast. I moved on to check the medium roasts, all those were empty too. I was standing there waiting for the coffee employee to come over but she never did. Another staff member (possibly a manager) walked through and didn't ask if I needed anything. So I threw out the cup with the couple of drops of coffee and walked out. I hope by the next time we do visit, there will be improvements. I believe this store was new but I have yet to visit a new Wawa that was lacking.
