I told…read moremy salesman Tyler what I was looking for and he hooked me up! 2014 Street Bob is now in my garage. The whole experience was relaxed, engaging, and included plenty of friendly banter from the staff as Tyler took me around the place to get the deal sorted out. They seemed to be short staffed, like many businesses these days, but the mood was still genuinely upbeat and it definitely appears as though work is getting done. Of Note: Tyler waited on me to get to Tifton from Albany to pick up my bike. The store closes at 6pm and I was able to get there around 5:20pm. Tyler had my bike outside waiting for me to take it for a test spin. He spent as much time as I needed to get me familiar with my new bike. All-the-while, his beautiful baby girl was in her car seat in the air conditioned car just chillin. Now, that's dedication to a job. Thank you Tyler! I haven't been too far on my new bike, but it's exactly what I wanted. I know there was some luck involved, but the kindness and hustle of the staff at Tifton H-D made the largest impact. They make the "BITE" of Harley Davidson pricing a little easier to deal with. I've purchased bikes through their dealership and all my Harley's have been serviced here. I do miss the service special deals they use to offer customers, but overall it's a good dealership. They have decent events and owner appreciation days. As I'm writing this, I have my Heritage being serviced now.

I was quickly greeted by a nice fellow named Brannon. He gave me a tour and showed me a few of the bikes I was interested in. He did a great job explaining every detail for each bike I've gotta say. I told him next time I'm in town I'll stop by and at least pick up some gear like riding gloves or a t-shirt. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they come at you a little too hard with the sales pitch. Not the guy Brannon, but I'm guessing it was the manager i talked with, going all out to sell me a bike. I don't mind salesman or anything but this guy was relentless, even after I made it clear I was only checking bikes out. I couldn't buy a bike if I wanted to because I'd have to get it back to Maryland, where I live. Aside from that, it's a great place. Definitely stop in.

This was a few weeks ago but Long story short, we all was afraid as we got closer to the party, they wasn't gonna be delivered in time due to normal shipping problems that is nobody's fault. Bummed out, With a few days left before party we picked out one they had on the lot and went ahead and brought it home and hid it in the shed. They called me late on Friday with the news that the pink 4 wheelers has arrived and they allowed me to come swap it for the perfect pink 4 wheeler that matched our daughter's personality much more than the red one we had picked out!! They even stayed way later just to wait on me to get there. I can seriously go on and on about how nice they are. We are going back real soon to pick up another 4 wheeler or dirt bike for our son!
