No high pressure sales, just answered questions and a fair deal. We traded in the Rogue so my wife could look forward to driving her ride once again . Daryl hooked us up with a black 2018 Wrangler Unlimited Sport that is lifted and has rims that we think are ! See pics. The Finance Employee Drew helped my wife and I sort out the deal and was awesome. Drew went through everything and made sure my wife and I understood what we signed. A great experience all around! If you're in the market for a new ride, I highly recommend you stop by Tifton's Budget Car sales and check out their inventory and trade-in-prices. I know they did right by my wife and myself!

Joseph was very personable and seemed to be knowledgeable about the cars on his lot. When my Spanish primary speaking dad had questions about the mileage and capacity of a selected four door sedan, Joseph respectfully responded right away in Spanish. Didn't have to translate, Joseph handled convo very well as he is bilingual. Very helpful and caring. Although I didn't shop, I know that when I'm good and ready, I'll be returning here to do business with Joseph because of the great customer service provided. Would recommend him to do business with for any car needs!

Worst dealership my husband and I ever dealt with. We purchased a 2019 Nissan XD Titan Diesel with warranty. Two days after purchase, the check engine light came on. I called Spencer from the service department to let them know. They took the truck the very next day; it was some issue with the gas tank, so the part was back-ordered. After getting that fixed, the check engine light still never went off. I questioned the dealership; all they could say was it was probably a dirty sensor. Then, not even two weeks later, I was leaving a doctor's appointment on the interstate when it threw up a code for low coolant, saying it was about to go into limp mode. So, I made it to the dealership's service station. They said it was okay and couldn't find anything wrong with it, then told me to just keep driving it until it broke down or delete it if it was them. They said, 'You know, we don't deal with a lot of diesel, so it may need to go to another dealership.' Then, two months went by, and we had more issues. We ended up back at the dealership to find out that it now had an oil leak that was quoted to us as a $14,000 job for parts and labor. We also had extended warranty and powertrain, but Spencer failed to file the warranty claim correctly the first time and filed under the wrong warranty, so they denied it. We had to call management to get them to check why, and the problem was that the service department didn't know how to file the correct warranty claim. After that was submitted, my husband asked Spencer directly and the service department if they did rentals through our warranty. They said they don't give rentals at that dealership. Note that we found out later through our warranty that they did pay, but we weren't given that chance. After picking up the vehicle, the check engine light was still on. All they could say was it probably had something to do with the diesel tank and it probably needed to be deleted, but if we deleted it, it would stop any of our warranty, and our extended warranty wouldn't be covered. Then, not even a month later, the code popped up, saying 'contact dealer' so many miles before the truck goes into limp mode. My husband called them and took the truck in that Monday morning. They called us to tell us it was a bad module and our warranty wouldn't cover it; the cost to fix was around $2,000. Again, this truck has not been good and reliable straight from that dealership. To do the right thing would be to fix our truck. Nissan wouldn't cover it; we had to pay. Then, they said that wasn't the problem after that was fixed; the truck's still there - we haven't picked it up yet, still in service. We got a call from Spencer saying the main ECM module was bad, and our warranty denied covering it, and just that part, not including labor, was quoted around $2,500 on top of the particular exhaust module that we had to replace that originally was told that was the reason it was going into limp mode. To find out, their diagnostics were incorrect; it probably had nothing to do with that. They made us pay the $1,600 on top of now almost a $5,000 charge to get our truck fixed. So, we contacted Nissan consumers directly to find out nothing. We were supposed to get a call back, and they tried to contact the dealership multiple times, but they didn't get a response. So, we ended up paying almost $2,000 to that dealership on a truck that still isn't drivable; actually, we had to pay a tow truck company twice now to take it there and now to pick up the truck because they wouldn't cover the parts. After the original leak was repaired and it said 'contact dealer about to go into limp mode,' my husband was under there looking at it and noticed it had another oil leak. When we called the dealership to ask if they had diagnosed and found out where the old leak was coming from, they said, 'Oh, we found out it was just a few loose bolts.' And after contacting Terrell, which is one of their managers, to get messages from his office like this on his own personal cell phone and also finding out the two parts that they quoted us had a recall. We actually called another dealership of Nissan and they checked all the service calls on that truck. There were 43 service calls, several parts replaced that we were never informed, and they can never verify that the truck was ever certified before it was sold. Worst experience ever, so don't buy from this company. Nissan of Tifton, please share our post so no one else will suffer like we did.Nissan of Tifton ‼‼‼‼‼Nissan of Tifton

Approximately 5-6 years ago the Service Department took a nose dive. EVERY time I bring a vehicle here, there are nothing but problems. For example, I brought a fleet vehicle in for multiple dash lights. 3 different times I dropped it off and left it with them for a week. They did nothing more than "have a tech drive it home for lunch" and couldn't get the dash lights to come on, so no diagnosis or repair ever made. Just let the vehicle sit outside for a week at a time on 3 different occasions. Said that I needed to bring it in when the dash lights were on so they could hook it up to the computer to get codes. I followed their instructions and brought it back with the lights on, but was told they didn't have time to look at it. I even went to another Ford Dealer in another town who hooked it up, pulled all of the codes and printed me a list without even charging me a dime or making me wait 5 minutes. Even after I gave them a list of the codes obtained from the other dealer, they couldn't diagnose or fix the problem. I then took it to another Ford Dealer in Valdosta and they recognized right away it was a known issue with a TSB and had it repaired the first time. They also can't figure out how to process transactions for those paying with fleet cards. After taking my vehicles to Robert Hutson's in Moultrie and having great experiences, I made the stupid decision to give Griffin another chance this week on my fleet vehicle for what should have been a simple recall and basic oil change. I dropped it off on Tuesday 7/1/25 before I went out of town for a long weekend with specific instructions to take care of all open recalls, perform an oil change and tire rotation and explained I would pick it up when I returned on Monday 7/7/25. They never call to advise of issues or even to let you know your vehicle is done. I called them today late morning 7/7/25 only to be told the vehicle was not done yet because they couldn't get approval from GSA to pay for the replacement wiper blades and filters that I never asked for. They also didn't complete the recall because they said there was some cargo that needed to be removed from the vehicle. Service Advisor Alayna lied and tried to put the blame on me by stating "You didn't even mention the recalls until the last minute." Prior to today's phone calls, the only contact I had with them was Tuesday 7/1 when I dropped it off with instructions to complete all open recalls and while's its here, change the oil and rotate the tires. She denied any responsibility or accountability and instead hung up on me. I promptly drove down to the dealership to finish the conversation in person and retrieve my fleet vehicle. When I showed up, she again denied any accountability and claimed "I did MY job". I then had at least my 3rd conversation with Service Manager Stacey. The last time we spoke, he apologized for the terrible experience I had when brining my personal vehicle in for multiple services. On top of the other repairs/services it brought in for, it was supposed to be washed and vacuumed as part of the "Lincoln Promise" which never happened. When I reviewed my receipt, I noticed that I wasn't charged for the oil change I requested. I was assured by 3 different employees that they changed the oil and just didn't charge me for it, but couldn't explain why they would do this for free? They repeatedly offered to reset the oil service interval in the vehicle's menu and put a new sticker on the windshield and send me on my way. It wasn't until I showed them the same original dirty oil filter and dipstick it came in with. Only then did someone finally admit they had lied to me about the oil change. Service Manager Stacey apologized, accepted the blame and said they need to do better. At that time I asked to speak with a higher authority and was told that they weren't in, but they would take my # and have them call me. My phone never rang. Even after I called back again, no one from the dealership's management ever reached out to me. Based on my experience today, clearly they have not improved any. They don't put forth the minimal amount of effort to even call customers and let them know if there's a problem or their service is complete let alone properly diagnose and fix problems. Today after talking to Alayna and Stacey, I finally got to speak to Stacey's boss Eric. Once he heard about my experience he also agreed that they had failed and apologized. Clearly, they are not concerned with improving and instead blame the customer when they screw up. From my conversations with service dept. staff at other dealerships, they said they have heard a lot of the same complaints about Griffin Ford/Lincoln.
