Their sales team of professionals are always helpful, and they have a no pressure policy. It is amazing to find a car dealership that allows you to just look without anyone bombarding you. Dexter has sold us both of our cars and every time it's like talking to one of our life long friends. His professionalism helpfulness is always the best. The finance department is also so prefessional, its amazing to talk to people that arent trying to fast talk and try to push a bunch of extras on to you when buying the car, they also do no haggel pricing on your purchase which is a relief. My Ford F150 was flashing check engine and struggling when accelerating pulling my ski boat on the interstate. We stopped at Landale Ford in Valdasta Ford, a couple miles away, and were told they could not help us and sent us to Adel, GA. Well Cook County Ford, in Adel was wonderful. They had a huge lot where we could disconnect our boat and also park our 45' Motorhome while they checked out our truck issue. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ive been to a few differnt ford companies and adel GAs is the best hands down! when i purchased my ford escape from them. one of the guys, took me out to the car, went on a test drive with me, sat in the car and talked me through all of the add ons and "special effects". made sure, i knew the car in and out. then we came in and did paperwork, the guys handled it all! it was so fast, and easy. no confusion, he asked a few questions, i signed and i was done! painless! card services is great as well. the guys are very friendly and nice, answer any questions or address any concerns you may have. they are so personal with there customers, if i have a question about something in or on the car, they walk out with you. once when my dad had problems with getting his music to play with outside source, the guys came out, to the car, and sat out there with him and i for a good 45 mins and tried everything and then some to help and figure things out, never once did they get ugly or demeaning. very family friendly business! have offered to pick me up and take me back home if i needed to leave the car for anything. ive gone out several times to have to get the guys to explain or show me somthing with the car and EVERY TIME! they are just as welcoming as can be! car service is usually 30-45 mins depending on what im having done, sometimes shorter, really just depends on who all is there and how busy they are, its pretty fast if im one of the only ones, i dont usually call and make an appointment, im usually a walk in, they have always been about to squeeze me in and never turned me away! i would recommend you ask for Mr.Johnny, i believe its Bret, but could be brent, and chase, those are the three guys i personally talk to when i go, but everyone there is just amazing! read more

They go good work. But just like the prior persons review regarding "the works" service. They advertise a $39 oil change and rotation package. But if you go in and YOU are not very specific they will charge you separately and take advantage of you (or your spouse). So you pay $50 and receive less service!! I think thats shady and shotty business!! Happen to me twice. When I called them the next day they refused a $10 refund. The best I could get out of them was a free rotation next time I come in. I guess I got accustomed to great service from Firestone in Valdosta. They always recommend the best deal or package to include what I need and in most cases some extra perks for free.... I just want to say thank you to Cook County Ford. I purchased a 2016 Ford Escape. I had it one day and I had to call them because it would not start. Without hesitation they came to my rescue. Filled out their online form to obtain a service appointment and got several calls saying I signed up as if I was looking to buy. I chose cook county ford because it was closest to my house. I looked on their website and noticed they do "the works" which is what I always get for my 2016 escape so I made an appointment to get the oil change and tire rotation that the works includes. I guess I wasn't specific enough and didn't specifically ask for the works. I was charge $50+ for an oil change and tire rotation, which was about $10 more than the works would have cost me plus I could have gotten the ford rebate with the works. They didn't charge me for the works, but for the oil change and the tire rotation separately. Also, I notice they said for me to be back in 3000 miles. I've never had to be back in less than 5000 in the 4 years I've been driving escapes. I don't think they should have just charged me the more expensive price. Seems very shady. I'll be using langdale ford from now on. read more
