That level of commitment really stood out to us. Rick in finance made the paperwork side of things easy and straightforward, and Captain Jimmy did our boat demo and helped with some troubleshooting. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Overall, the entire team made what could have been an overwhelming process feel smooth and enjoyable. Negligence, delays and a pattern of dishonesty marked my single service experience with them. One already documented by other customers on Yelp. The new bike had a whining sound which they all heard and documented. They kept it for 6 weeks, side lining the bike. Every week they had a different story and excuse. Meanwhile the bike sat so long uncovered that is was filthy with dirt and the brake rotors developed rust on them. They tried to tell me this was normal, of course that's a crock. Well they did clean it up but used a harsh solvent that stripped paint from the bottom of the radiator and then clearly used a shop rag to wipe off the wind screen scratching it extensively. On delivering bike to me the driver used the grab strap to hoist bike onto center stand. Happily, he didn't damage the grab strap, since the bike weighs over 500 lb. End result after the lies and hassles, bike still has the same problem which went uncorrected. I have since taken the bike to another dealer for service work since I've lost all faith and confidence in the integrity and competency of this dealership and will never use their service department again for anything, Additionally, as previously mentioned, they never answered their phone and only return 10% of all calls, if that.

The rally was only a day away, the shop was full and I showed up without an appointment. James and the crew had my scoot on the lift and turning wrenches in 15 minutes. They worked tirelessly in an effort to get me to the event I'd dreamed of attending for most of my life. That's when we found hundreds of large metal shavings left inside the engine, from the rip-offs at Ramjet. The repairs included tearing the engine down several times, and flushing and digging out the large shavings. Work on my bike never stopped, until it was rolling again. James let me camp in his yard and treated me as an old friend for the 2 weeks it took to finish the repairs. They searched the entire country to find replacement cams, lifters and high flow oil pump to get my baby back on the road....DURING COVID! I don't possess the words needed to speak as highly as they deserve. My deepest thanks, gentlemen.

I dropped it off on a Saturday and was notified that it was ready on Wednesday. I was running late and called Country's, they stayed open passed closing time to wait for me and remained for several minutes to explain in detail what they had done and things I should have done in the future. The bike is running like new, they did everything I asked for, nothing I didn't. I feel confident recommending Country's to anyone in need of motorcycle service, everyone is extremely polite (difficult to find these days) , larger companies should take a look at businesses like Country's and take note of what good customer service is. Update: What can I say about my second trip to see Country's? Well, I had an unknown issue on a custom bike with a complicated history. They had it figured out and had me back on the road in a few days (major work). On the way home I had an unrelated breakdown and they came and picked me up on the side of the highway after quitting hours. They apologized for an unknown problem that turned out to have had nothing to do with the work they had done. I'll be a lifelong customer as long as they're around!

Had work done today 9 Sep 16, again same results, cost, quality and quick all while I waited. Discovered today that they carried Ceramic Dyno Beads. Had both tires filled with ceramic beads. My ride is much smoother at 100mph plus. Dyno Beads are a balancing bead that replaces tire weights. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The shop has a family environment and treats customers with importance. The mechanics come out and share information with you openly if there is an issue or if they notice items that you may have overlooked. Top rated mechanics!! Thank You Ariel!!
