We found Jerry was able to install a replacement toilet the next day. It wasn't an easy job. The first new toilet he brought from the supplier was found broken when the box was opened on site. He quickly arranged for and procured another toilet and stayed late to finish the installation. Jerry is a patient, skilled technician.
