Upon my arrival, the hostess informed that I would be seated closer to or a little after my reservation time. I am new to the desert heat, and the restaurant's AC unit wasn't working properly which made the environment a little uncomfortable. There were fans strategically placed throughout the dining space. We were seated 20 minutes after our reservation time and offered a free round of drinks. There restaurant was out of some food options. The menu is extensive and does have a few vegan options which is appreciated. Our waitress was super friendly, and the DJ's playlist was on point - the restaurant's noise volume is loud. But the food is decent; I enjoyed my sweet potato hash and French toast, and the cinnamon butter and grits were a 10/10. I would recommend the restaurant and visit again, if I ever find myself in PHX.

Once the doors opened the line moved surprisingly fast. Walking inside, the smell of fresh baked goods literally punched me in the face in the best way possible. Since it was my first visit, I went full sample mode: two chocolate chip cookies, a carrot cake truffle bite, a cinnamon roll, a ham & cheese croissant, a pecan sticky bun, and a morning bun. Quite the spread for a little over $50. How was everything? Let me tell you... My wife and I split the cinnamon roll. Ten seconds in the microwave and it was pure magic...soft, gooey, and just melts in your mouth. The balance of sweet and slightly savory was incredible. Then came the ham & cheese croissant... equally outstanding. It was so good that one of our dogs just sat there staring at us like, "Uhh... any chance some of that could fall on the floor?" Fine. He got a little too. We saved a cookie for later and it was just as delicious.
