So, we shopped here for a chain and earrings for my wife just before Christmas. The chain we purchased needed to be lengthened so it needed to be sent out by the store to be done. It was scheduled to be done within about 2 weeks of our purchase. 2 weeks went by and we heard nothing. My wife called the store and first they could not find the sale or the status of the chain lengthening. Then she called back, they found our order and told us another customer would be picking up the chain we ordered and paid for the following Monday. She then had to explain again and convince the store that was our chain and order, not another customers chain. Given what we spent on this chain, though the chain and the earrings are both beautiful, what is described above was disappointing and not what you would expect to happen when buying jewelry at a Tiffany's. read more

We happened to visit this store today while shopping the St. John's Town Center. My husband spoke with the gentleman that greeted him (not sure if he was security or a salesman) while I walked over to various jewelry counters to take a look. We weren't interested in purchasing today but my husband mentioned to him that he was considering an upgrade for me as we are coming up on 16 years of marriage. This man had the nerve to ask my husband if we would still be ok financially after said upgrade. If I had heard this myself, I would have addressed him right then and there. Unfortunately, I was out of earshot when this comment was made. First of all, this is extremely rude and unprofessional. I've always been taught to never judge a book by its cover. I guess us being dressed casual in jeans and t-shirts just screamed poor. Our financial status is none of your business, but I happen to be a dentist and my husband works for one of the oldest dental supply companies in the US. I have been a Tiffany client for many years. I love the brand and their traditional pieces. For close family members, a Tiffany sterling silver baby spoon with monogramming is a must. I hoped to get the return to Tiffany spoon for my first granddaughter when it was the time. I searched the website and no such spoon existed. I was so sad. I spoke to a representative who could see the ones I had previously ordered and she said they could not get that design any longer. I just couldn't trust not touching options I was familiar with, so off to the store I went. Karie made my day!!! She listened to me and low and behold she found the spoon I wanted!! It made my entire day and will be a moment I remember forever. She is a true professional and Tiffany should be proud to have her. There is something about that little blue box that makes a girl feel loved. I was able to attend their private event today and celebrate the Christmas Holidays. They offered little mini sugar cookies with icing and water or champagne. This Tiffany & Co. is not even half the size of its sister store in Orlando. But I'm not complaining because at least we have a Tiffany & Co. in Jacksonville! Yes, the prices are astronomical. Even the silver. But it's Tiffany and there's no better way to say I love you than handing that special woman in your life a little box in the all important colour of Tiffany Blue. There is no substitute. Ever. It may take a little savings, guys; but the smile on her face will be well worth it. While yes, all women want the $50,000 ring from Tiffany & Co., but we're also all aware we're not going to get it (that is unless we're marrying a Bill Gates or a Donald Trump, etc.). But that doesn't mean we can't have at least something from Tiffany. That dream is at least within every girl's grasp! I find the employees in this store to be lovely. Never pushy, but always there for assistance. This is refreshing because often in these high-end stores the associates can be extremely snobby! They've always been willing to let me try on whatever pieces of jewelry I like. I currently have my eye on a piece that's $450. One day.... one day :) My husband has the business card of the sales associate with the item written on the back of the card. Veronica McLean is who we have worked with. Please ask for her, she's a wonderful associate! Now, I'm always dressed well when I walk into this store. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with the excellent treatment I get or not. There's a chance I could walk in wearing shorts and a tank top and get the snob treatment. That's an experiment I may have to try one day. Nice Tiffany location in the heart of the Town Center. if you've ever been to a Tiffany location, you know that the service is top notch. That is not different here. They have lots of different jewelry in stock, and are more than happy to let you shop or try different things on. Also, if you own Tiffany pieces, you can bring it in at any time and they will clean and polish it for you. This location has a good amount of jewelry, some accessories, and a few other items. They are not a full location with all of the glassware, etc.It is not the large Flagship store like you would find in downtown NY or CHI, but it has most of the major items that you would be looking for. If you are used to the Tiffany experience, this will be a great location to visit. They treat you well, have most things on hand, and can help with any issues or questions you may have. At Tiffany's, customer service is always top notch. It's part of why you pay an arm and a leg for jewelry. I have a silver necklace from the Paloma Picasso line. The chain can't be changed because of the design and I wanted a longer chain. I took my necklace back to the store who traded me out for a longer chain. I don't remember the cost but It was affordable or I wouldn't have done it. They also polished my necklace back to the original shine. Recently I came across a lost bracelet that appeared to be Tiffany's. I called the store and a helpful employee confirmed it was legit, looked up the name and gave me the original price. It was ridiculously tarnished - like black - and the store again polished it up like new for free. I only wish I could find the owner of the bracelet but there is no way to trace the purchase. Don't be afraid to walk in and check things out. I had my eye on a ring I saw online but in person I didn't like the style. The employees are helpful and will let you try on jewelry you're interested in. All in all, classy - albeit overpriced because of the name - store with helpful employees. read more

They're always still very nice and I never feel like they judge a book by its cover. My advice is to just checkout the website first and see what looks affordable and then go to the store and tell them what you're looking for. You may be surprised on what you find. I've been to multiple T& Co. and this store has been the best. I came in a few times because I'm a indecisive person and wanted to feel the rings out. I was originally coming for the Victoria mixed cluster ring. Ms. Karie approached me and we talked for a while; she was so wonderful. She showed me the Tiffany setting and I never stopped thinking about it. Fast forward coming home to CA, I call back to make an anniversary purchase and again I called for a different ring with a Tiffany setting as an option as well. Corbin assisted me throughout the whole process and I couldn't have been happier! Both the ladies were awesome and I'll never forget how beautifully they treated my Tiffany journey.
