The most important thing I wanted to tell you in my complaint is that the quality of the printing job was very bad. The finished product had blurry images, and the text was too small to be legible. These defects not only did not match the specifications I gave, but they also did not show a professional level of quality that I would expect from your company. This made it impossible for me to use the printed materials for their intended purpose, which was both inconvenient and costly. I had to travel to another printing business costing me more time and fuel. The other business produced the requested product using the same information I provided at your store. Beyond the problems with the print job itself, I was disappointed with the customer service. My issues were not resolved in a timely or satisfactory manner. I reached out for help and the responses were not only unhelpful but also dismissive at times. The delay in communication and lack of initiative to solve the problem made me feel like an insignificant customer. When refund transaction was complete, the clerk did not hand me back the copy of my receipt. He placed it on the counter and I had to ask him if my transaction was complete because he said nothing. He was not customer friendly at all and rude. Please inspect and correct both the print quality and customer service issues. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. read more

Very helpful support staff at this store location... located close to freeways easy to locate

My printer ran out of ink just when I needed to print a photography contract for an upcoming wedding. Isn't that always how it goes lol? I went online to see who had the best price for HP black ink and it was OfficeMax at $21.99. This was nearly $10 less then other stores. That's a pretty significant difference. I couldn't order online as I needed it that day for a photography consultation. I ran a 5k that morning downtown so I stopped by on my way home to pick up the ink. It was pretty early so the store was not crowded. I found the ink and noticed the price on the shelf was higher than the price online. Luckily I had a screenshot of the website price which I was able to show the cashier and he adjusted the price. Yay! I love saving money. It did take a few minutes, but I didn't care as long as I got the lowest price. If you join their Rewards program you get $2 back for every returned printer cartridge. They do this in order to recycle the printer cartridges. But I appreciate getting some money back to put towards a new cartridge. read more

The wait to drop off a fedex package was ridiculous. They had two people only one of which was helping the whole line. The other one should have jumped in and offered to help the guy at the counter. Next time I'll go somewhere else to drop off my ready to go package.they require you to check in and it says wait time is 9 minutes. It's now been over 20. This is ridiculous system and definitely not the customer service I would expect from a fedex location. read more

Heather took my print order yesterday and it wasn't exactly how I pictured it upon pick up today so Alexa helped Heather reprint my job and they came out even better than I expected these two women are great as are the services...every time I visit this place the people are always nice and the store is super clean and neat. Long lines, good deals especially on flash drives I was able to get one for each subject. The manager was awesome they were out of the advertised ones and she quickly substituted. Sale prices not marked, cashier asked for assistance twice for case paper aisle (which never appeared), low inventory then had to show advertised price off my phone so manager could price adjust. This morning I walked in around 10:00a.m. Went to the counter and asked if they made rubber stamps. There were two woman behind the counter. One looked at me with a puzzled expression and said what is a rubber stamp? I explained what one was and asked if they could make one. The second woman spoke up and said there are rubber stamps in the other room with the other merchandise. I told her I wanted a custom made one. The second woman spoke up again and said I could put anything on those in the other room. Evidently they are not interested in my money. I won't return. read more

Went here to get some paper for my printer but what they had was more than I was willing to pay. And the staff was not very friendly.

I'm here at least twice a month. Every. Single. Time. I have been greeted within moments of walking in the door with a friendly acknowledgement. Some days the wait is longer than others but it is never because of laziness. The ladies (and gentlemen) are always working with someone. They make sure the job is done right and it is always timely.
