    I'll make this brief. Certainly I won't put you in the agony that I was in by reading a long dissertation about how I'll never be back. I knew what I wanted when I went in for a simple amortization calculator and maybe a little customer service interaction from anyone who holds the title of customer service associate. I guess that was just too much for me to ask because I didn't get it at all. The guy that checked me out looked like sideshows Bob and have all of the personality of a serial killer. He seemed afraid of me when I was courteous and trying to initiate him to do his job. I almost left everything on the counter but I didn't want to trek over the city to find this thing that I knew available here. I wish good help was easy to find here but this is not the case. I hope they step up their customer service game.

    I went in to get my classroom stuff laminated. I will say they had my stuff laminated in about 20 mins and that's with the 15 mins for the machine to warm up. But I'm disappointed with how they charge you. They charge by the square foot. Ok I was alright with that until I saw how they laminated my stuff. They spaced stuff out really far to have me pay more. This was $32 for 20 sq feet. They could have easily put the month signs horizontal and fit four across.

    Though it's a pretty small Office Depot compared to others I've been to, it was stocked pretty good. The clearance section was huge with a variety of items to choose from. Stuff like Bounty Paper Towels, candy, thumb drives, phone cords, mini flashlights, small toys, etc. Pretty much everything I was looking for to prepare for my return trip to Haiti. The small $1 bags were a huge find for me because they need them in Haiti when they go to the market so I always make sure I bring plenty! I was also here for Avery address labels and the only ones available was the ones for $40 which has 2000 labels. Too much for me and they didn't have the next size down so I must take my search to another store. Dirk, the cashier was extremely friendly and professional! When I told him I was purchasing these things to go to Haiti, he's the one that showed me the $1 bags! I was like WAY TO GO! Thanks!!!

Gladys, the print rep said it would take about 1 hr for the print. Therefore I said can you print out a color copy, so I can see print before placing the order & waiting for an hour. Gladys told me it would take a half hour, She said you can get it faster in the copy area. I asked can you show me how to do that, I'm a veteran from out of town & not familiar with your system here. Gladys said just follow the prompts & it will walk you thru it. There was no other customers there when I came in print area. Another employee came over when one other customer walked up. Gladys or no one else was willing to help me. Who is the strore manager for this store?? I'd like to file this complaint!

    I have a printer that I can print from my phone until I really need to print something and then it…read more...bla, bla, bla! So I go to Staples and the "printer angel"Gail helps me (a lot) to save to cloud, find and print on one of their machines! Wonderful but the question remains why would my printer not print ...welllll... yes the three colors are out but I have black ink still so what's the problem? Cameron (printer angel) explains (nicely) even printing black little bits of color are still used so need color cartridges in there too. So I bought 3 colors. The team here were great- they accepted my problem, solved it and didn't make me feel like a computer idiot! Thank you!

    Do not trust GT Perez. I paid him $214 to repair my laptop. He took the laptop to his home to do…read morethe repairs. After repeated requests to return the laptop and my money, he made promises to return the computer and the money if not fixed. He never did. Unfortunately, I came to the Yelp site far too late to read the reviews. All of the same problems mentioned in previous years has occurred to me as well. GT Perez was on Marketplace listing computers he has refurbished from businesses. He does not follow through on delivery. And, yes he has every excuse imaginable for not delivering as so busy and worked all day in a company whose email system is down, to I'm sending today or I cannot find a shipped box to telling you he is at the shipping venue i.e., FedX and UPS. I am from Naples, FL and trying to work from home - remote since May. Perhaps in July and shortly prior to having a stroke I did receive the desktop, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse and necessary cables (without the instructional video of how to hook up sent). That's ok, I needed the USB wifi wireless adaptor. He was going to include and did not. So, trusting him I asked if he would send to me along with a 100' Ethernet Cable and paid an addtional $20 ea or total $40. It has never come. I called repeatedly, and then he was off FB Marketplace so I kept calling his home business number. I had a new number and he picked up 1x then not again until Saturday Sept 7th. He did provide his cell # and said "sweetie, I been out of town working and just back" , "I never got your messages at the home office" and had said in the office today packaging and sending will send likely late July. The other day, he said "I am so tired and had just fell to sleep. Can I call you later." I asked if he promised and he assured me he would. Sadly, he never did and never responded to a couple texts later that night and several phone calls on Sunday. I had to purchase the additional needs myself from another vendor, which I should have done in the first place back in May 2020. Sad, but true. Laurie Smith, Naples, FL
