I decided to come to Dr. PC based on reviews and I must say I was not disappointed. John Olsen (the Owner) was a joy to work with. He quoted my a reasonable fee upfront and diagnosed the issue within a couple of hours. He advised that the motherboard had given it up and offered several different boards as a replacement, all very high quality and reasonably inexpensive. After a full day, he installed the new board, reinstalled the operating system, loaded all necessary updates, and made sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend Dr. PC for your computer issues. He went over and above and charged me his original quote. You'll get the best bang for your buck at Dr. PC.

Took it to AG Tech Repair, they did their thing, and it was very affordable. However, got it home, same issue. Now you're thinking "Did they really fix it?" Well, they can't fix stupid. I was plugging a cable into the wrong HDMI port. AG Tech Repair answered my text questions, didn't brush me off and say it was fixed, and eventually had me send them a picture of the back of my desktop and quickly identified what my temporarily braindead self was doing. Long story short: They will do everything they can to diagnose and repair your issues AND they will go the extra mile all while charging far LESS than I would expect.
