Clearly no one wanted to help me or cared. I was to turn off WiFi. I had a strong signal. I did. still nothing. I was told to connect to their wifi. I did and nothing. When I said I guess it is not coming and I guess I am getting no help they asked me what email I sent from. I told them outlook. I was told outlook does not work well with their system. I left and asked for the manager. The one who would not help me was the manager. No wonder they have no business.

He advised that the motherboard had given it up and offered several different boards as a replacement, all very high quality and reasonably inexpensive. After a full day, he installed the new board, reinstalled the operating system, loaded all necessary updates, and made sure everything was working properly.
