She is now located at 6029 Morrow Street 32217(still in the Lakewood area). Noreen is a sweetheart. We have been friends on Facebook, but now we have met up face to face again. I always feel blessed when I get to see her sharing her knowledge on television. My husband, Ernie went in with me. Noreen served us a wonderful piece of chocolate banana loaf cake. She also fixed me up with a healthy drink-made to supplement skin, hair and nails that you can buy at Whole Food Markets, she also gave me a $2.00 off coupon for the drink mix. Noreen can help you with any make up needs and wants. She will not sell you something that is not going to help you look great. Soon after we visited for about ten-fifteen minutes-she had several other ladies show up. So, I wanted to wrap up and get out of the way, so Noreen could assist the other customers. Noreen, what can I say? I am completely awed by you, your make-up and shop! You had me at "hello" today. You have won over a former customer back! I bought lip liner and two new lipsticks. I can't wait to try the new colors. You are a wonderful "Small Business" Owner. Jacksonville is blessed to have you here. Thank you for sending me a personal invite to your place today. I have been having using laser hair removal for about a year now and I have to say, this place is…read morethe best I have found. I found them through a Groupon (gotta save money) and while the location is a little hard to find - behind Memorial Hospital - but worth the trip. They have invested in one of the higher quality machines for laser hair removal so you don't have to ice or use numb cream. And this machine allows you to be in and out in a jiff. Granted, they are just working on my chin area but it takes less than 2 minutes where other places take 10 plus icing time. And because they have the higher quality machine, I see a big difference on my lighter hairs that are harder to knock out. Other places take more than a package (6 visits) purchase. I can't say much about other services they offer because I have only utilized them for laser hair removal. But I can say with certain word, go here for laser hair. It is superior to other locations.

I purchased a Groupon for IPL photo facial, and was very impressed with this place. The…read moreaesthetician (Denise Merlo) was excellent. The procedure was quick with a little stinging sensation, but I was given a wand with super cold air to keep pointing at my face and I was provided with a bag of ice after to help get rid of any remaining heat. I thought for sure that I would be taken into a room and told that to really fix my issues I would have to take a second mortgage on my house and have lots of procedures done and buy lots of expensive cream, but that was not the case! I was given a list of services and prices but with no pressure. The only down sides to this place is: It is VERY DIFFICULT to find even with GPS. I would have liked to been told a little more about the procedure and what to expect during and after. I conduct lots of research on my own, but if I had not done so I think I would have felt uninformed.

From the moment she greeted me in the lobby to when she rang me out at the register, she was absolutely amazing. She thoroughly explained the process so I knew what to expect and checked in with me several times throughout to make sure I was comfortable and checked for questions she could answer. She is so passionate and takes such a pride in her business, it is truly refreshing. I will definitely be back time and time again because on top of the world class customer service she offers, the results of my lashes was extraordinary. I wish more businesses were run the way Jonelle runs hers! It's wonderful to know she trains others. I truly hope they soak up everything she offers because I know they'll be successful following her guidelines.

I moved here in May, so I was pretty nervous about finding the right lash artist in the area, and I absolutely love my lash experience here! LRA is located inside a shared office building that has plenty of parking available. Once you enter the main lobby go to the right and make the first left down the hall, and you'll see suite 5! It's an intimate studio with two lash artist on site. Jonelle is the main artist at LRA, and I believe she's head honcho as well lol. My first few experiences here were with Emilee, who's a new lash artist at LRA, and she was great! Emilee has amazing skills when it comes to classic sets and volume sets, and perhaps when she starts practicing with mega volume I'll come back to her, but I'm obsessed with mega volume sets right now, so I've been booking with Jonelle lately. Jonelle is A M A Z I N G ! By far, the best lash experience I've had anywhere. She doesn't pinch my eyes when removing and applying lashes, which is a huge thing for me because once I start getting pinched, my eyes start watering, and it makes the entire lash experience dreadful for both myself and whoever is lashing me. I book mega volume sets with Jonelle, and I couldn't be happier with the results! She's so attentive, listens to my concerns, and is very knowledgable and informative when it comes to lash extensions. I would definitely recommend booking with Jonelle!
