a hit or miss depending on the nail tech you get. The first time I came here they did a great job at giving me what I wanted- a simple clean short acrylic shellac set. (Pic #1) however I came back to get a fresh set and asked for coffin and I got the ugliest set done on me ever...... (pic #2) I decided to give this place another try about 2 months later and they did an ok job, but I did have some nails that looked bubbly (you can't tell in the picture) (pic #3) it was only after I came back for a fill that I got my nail tech to sand it down so it didn't look so much like fake nails and that's when I got the result I wanted (pic #4) So yeah this place is hit or miss depending on the nail tech you get & how specific you are when asking for what you want. read more

I watched the nail tech use a file on someone's CUTICLES then proceeded to use it on another client. I've been coming to this location for four years now & while in the past their below mediocre service was okay to deal after today I will never come back. I walked in today with my daughter to get our nails done for her birthday. At first the manager mumbled something to me in a tone which I couldn't understand. Then he motioned with his hands to sit down and wait. The manager working there is always in a bad mood so I shouldn't really be surprised but I've had it with the women working here, they are downright rude and should not be in this industry. So my daughter and I started getting our manicure/pedicure done. The two women that were working on us started chatting in their own language as usual, okay whatever, but then they started looking at my daughter and laughing so I asked them what they were saying. She said oh.. (delayed response) she's so cute.. Are you kidding me??? It's one thing to talk in your own language but to make fun of a little girl is just disgusting. If you were saying that my daughter was so cute why couldn't you just say it in English??? Very weird.. Their work is garbage as well. I'm going to be making the trek out to Oakville and go to the Ten Spot. Their work is definitely worth the price and at least the experience will be better and worth the money. I'm a very generous person and I like to tip but when you speak in your own language with your buddy next to you and ignore your client you don't deserve one. I could tell their business is going to shits too because I remember being there at 9am on a Saturday and people lining up to get in. I would recommend staying far away from this place. If I could give a negative rating I would have. I got a pedicure and nail extensions with UV gel. Within one day one nail broke and the next day another broke. The quality is just horrible. They cheap out on their products but still charge you full price. I went to another nail location to fix my broken nails and they were shocked at the quality. The nails were done so thinly that the lady suggested redoing all of them. I will never go back. I went in for a simple acrylic set, after coming in for many years and seeing Jessie who normally does my nails. Unfortunately, she is on vacation until December, so despite my better judgement I let someone else do my nails. The nails were done poorly, being multiple lengths and sizes, which is 100% unacceptable. When I confronted one of the main managers Tiffany, she refused to have the set fixed until I "prepaid" for the other job that was done because "you people always complain about small things so you don't have to pay". I wouldn't go to this salon even if you paid me to. My mom and I used to be frequent customers of this salon pre-COVID when it still was a nice one nails. My mom was complaining her finger was hot and hurt. The nail tech told her not to worry and that it would go away soon. She did her bio gel fill charged us full price and let us go home. Turned out my mom had a fungal infection that was lingering for months... the nail techs said nothing nor did they fix it. My mom went on antibiotics, to the hospital to surgically remove her finger nail and couldn't use her hand/finger for weeks until it healed. She wore an at home IV filled with antibiotics for weeks because of this place. If you value your health and your nails, skip this salon and report it to Health Canada. read more

Hi it was very bad customer service. I took my daughter first time on her 10th birthday and got mani and pedi done her Shellic polish came off next day. When I call they I sd I can only come back in the evening time around 7:45 told can't make it coz work , but I can following week on Friday. I don't usually right reviews unless a company is really bad and I want to warn others about them. The owner never says hello or good morning to any of his clients. Always rude and disrespectful. My daughter has been going here for 5 years because she likes Christine however, the owner can not be tolerated any longer and as others have commented they are always speaking in their language about you. Also, when you don't know what you really want or should get they try to up sell you on everything. If you get bio gel you don't need shelac on top. They only try to sell you this so you have to go back more often to remove the shelac. You can get regular nail polish and then repaint yourself when it starts to chip. We went in yesterday at 10 am when they opened up and asked for Christine. My daughter asked the owner if she would be able to see her when she got in and he said yes, that she would be in soon. When Christine arrived my daughter went to sit at her chair and the owner yelled at her that she couldn't see her now that there were others waiting and she can't expect to be seen right away. So we asked how long would the wait be and he said one hour. So we said we can't wait one hour and he said to go somewhere else, that he didn't need our business. I said to him we are your clients and what make your business and you should be a little nicer. He continued to say that he didn't need our business so we left and will never go back. Manager is extremely rude and aggressive. I went for a pedicure and he told me to pick the colour. All the technicians were busy serving clients while he scrolled through instagram. I asked if i could soak my feet while I waited for the pedicurist. He said 'don't push me'. I was not expecting that, i thought he would ask me to wait till someone is free or he could put a tiny bit of effort and fill the basin with water. Before it became tiff nails it was nice one nails and he is the same guy who mopped the floor and cleaned the basins - so clearly he is familiar with the work. Mr. Manager, If you don't want to deal with people then stay out of the service industry! Folks, Save your money and go to nice one nails at 30 coventry drive. Its a 7 minute drive away and worth it. If I could give this place a ZERO I would. The male at the front is the most rude, unapologetic, unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Made an appointment for 4 people (keeping in mind I went earlier in the day and was told the wait was 45 mins and to make an appointment for the afternoon as more people would be available) and waited about 15 mins for them to allow only 2 of us to begin our pedicures (aka let our feet soak for almost an hour probably to shut us up). Not to mention the male who told us to make an appointment was the same rude male who said we don't make appointments when we complained about the wait. By the time someone started on the pedicures, it was the most mediocre job to exist and only lasted 10 mins. We all came for pedicures and manicures (2/4 people had gift certificates) and after realizing the lack of customer service, I encouraged my parents to do both mani/pedi as it was already paid for but I only did the pedicure because my feet were already in the water. I was very tempted to ask for cash back instead of allowing my parents to even start. Some of the staff are pleasant but the lack of initiative in their work did not compensate, not to mention everyone is speaking in their own language which is extremely rude. I honestly don't know how this crap is still up and running. Please do Brampton a favour and close up shop. Your work ethic, rude attitude and lack of skills is why you should have never opened in the first place. For anyone interested in this place, DO NOT GO HERE! I have been coming to this place for a few years and always went to Ruby. She doesn't work there anymore and so now it's hit and miss. Today I walked in asking for Amy and she was busy. I told the man at the front I could wait or come back and asked him how long. He responded with I don't know and didn't want to help at all. He was soooo rude. He embarrassed me, told me to "get out" and was so rude for absolutely no reason. People were staring. I told him repeatedly not to talk to me like that and he kept saying to get out. I finally got up, told him he was an effin jerk, and left. He can barely speak English and yet has to resort to such attitude. This place has gone downhill. The service is okay. There are a couple of good girls there but generally the overall service isn't the greatest. On occassion ive had gel on my skin and we all know that it burns when it's on your nail... so imagine your skin! I pulled out my hand in pain, trying to tell the nail technician but she just kept pushing my hand back in the machine. Didn't appreciate that. I also wanted to do an ombré nail once which is normally 15$ more on top of a refill. Perfectly fine. I went to do it the second time around and all of a sudden it was 5$ more (so 20$ total). While that isn't a huge deal, I don't like being overcharged for no reason... When I asked why it was more there was no good explanation. Won't be returning. read more

After showing the nail artist a picture of what I wanted she stated she could do it and gave me the price. Once she was done I though she forgot to include some designs from the picture. She then stated if you want that it is $10 more as she said I did not tell her I wanted everything in the picture. Terrible customer service! I used to be a regular client...until the manager yelled at me because I went back less then a week after my shellac mani/pedi began chipping. I tried telling the girl that I wasn't happy with the job she was doing...I felt like she was rushing to get to a next customer. There was polish on my skin, my nails weren't even and she cut them way shorter than I asked. She kept telling me she'd fix it. I left unhappy but didn't say anything. When the shellac chipped off within 5 days I was unhappy as it usually lasts 3-4 weeks. I went in to have the shellac removed and the manager started yelling at me telling me my look was making her uncomfortable (I was visibly upset yet not talking). I just wanted the Polish removed despite paying $90 5 days before to get my mani/pedi. Don't ignore all of the (other) negative reviews. Look at the reviews on the yellow pages site. That manager needs to get fired as there's way too many of us complaining about her. read more

I've been going here for years. The man that works at the front is always terribly rude. Christine and Ruby are amazing technicians. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago to get a fill. I was working that day and decided to make one, when I showed up for my scheduled time, I was told I had to wait a half hour. I then left. Today I called to go in as soon as possible to see one of the technicians that I love. He told me you can come at 11:30 you want to come or not, I asked if she'll be with her appointment for and hour? He said you want to come or not? I then asked why he was being rude, he then hung up on me!! When I called back he hung up again. I will never go here again. They don't treat their loyal customers with respect, and also have no regard for people's time. Not the way to run a business! Not to mention they use illegal foot scraping tools.
