I came here at 2pm and it was busy. Typical nail salon, nothing fancy. All I wanted was a colour change and I waited close to 25 minutes and I wasn't too happy. During my wait I seen two other unhappy customers return with nail problems and the owner looked irritated but helped them. One thing that is very unprofessional at these nail salons are that they speak their own language which can make a customer feel very uncomfortable. Finally when it was my turn, the lady rushed, got nail polish on everything and took less than 5 minutes with me. Now, its been less than 24 hours and my nail polish has chipped, so I will be going back to get them fixed up. After today, I will no longer be going to this salon for my nail needs, sorry. read more

I would like to preceed by letting anyone reading this know that I have been working in the beauty/service industry a long time, and take pride in my salon's attention to customer service. That being said, I went a couple times when I first moved to Brampton, and it was always busy when I stopped by the plaza, so I thought that was a good sign. To be honest, wasn't anything special about my first couple visits, standard mani/pedi, and the massage was always pretty short and not hard enough even when asked for more pressure. The staff tend to chit chat a lot with each other and didn't seem to want to talk to me when I tried chatting with any of my nail techs. My final visit was really, to put it bluntly, down-right dangerous! The nail tech doing my pedi decided to watch the movie playing on their tv, which is at the back of the salon. She was so interested in the movie that she clearly wasn't looking at any of her work while she continued to use sharp tools on my skin! Eventually I started timing her to see how long it would take her to turn away from the tv. It was minutes! I also had to remind her to use the scrapping tool for calluses. Lastly, when she smudged the nail polish, instead of taking off the previous 2 coats, she tried to put another coat on! I had to politely ask her to remove it and please redo that one nail, which she clearly wasn't happy about judging from her sour facial expression. That was my last appointment, because I work in the beauty/service industry too, and while I know sometimes it's tough, I can't even imagine treating my clients with such disregard. read more

Most horrible nail salon in Brampton. I advise everyone to stay away from here. Worst customer service ever. I went in today to get a refill plus fix one nail. The nail lady I had was very harsh on my nail when removing the fake one to the point the lady beside me even commented, and the nail lady ended up cutting my finger through my REAL nail. I felt the pain but didn't notice she cut me until she put alcohol on my nail and it stinged. I told her she cut me and to be careful and she gave attitude and acted like it was my fault. She called her "manager" over and he was extremely disrespectful. Showed no form of remorse or empathy, instead he told me in a very rude manner "if you don't want her to do your nails you can leave." Are you kidding me ? Not to mention I had to basically force an apology out of the lady that was doing my nails for cutting me. I was explaining the situation to the customer beside me and the nail lady refused to finish my nails. I then got into an argument with the "manager" due to his lack of understanding and he had the audacity to tell me to leave his store. The first time I came here with a friend I was a little uneasy as I don't do my nails often and I'm quite OCD about how I want things done and I wasn't content about my mani pedi. However, today being my second visit, I can say that I did quite enjoy myself. I did ask for bio gel but was told that the solar nails were better and was having them applied so it was too late, but I'm happy with them and that's all that matters. All the customers who claim they're rude have no sense of humor. We had a good laugh about the topics going around and the nail tech who did my nails kept making me smile and laugh. read more

I was there today for a full leg wax and under arms, the girl rushed tjhrew the whole thing, I even got some brusing. The bedding was dirty and wax all over the back table. The bed I layed on was packed with boxes and the lady kept tripping over them. This was a bad experience, I will never go back there!!!!! read more

Had Bio Gel nails with shellac and I was very disappointed. The girl only put 1 layer of the gel on my nails, I thought maybe it was a different kind of gel and that was all needed. After 9 days the nails peeled off like I'd never had them done at all. Will not go back here. Definitely not worth it. read more

1st time at this location, had great service on a Thursday night. I was exhausted from a hard week and my esthetician (Helen) made sure I was comfortable (adjusted my chair, turned on the massage settings for me). I prefer my foot soak on the warmer side, so she made sure to add hot water periodically. Very attentive. I mentioned a stiff spot on my hand and she targeted it during the mani hand massage which was great. Only down side: another worker was playing really loud music the whole time. A customer that came in during the end of my visit made a comment about it, but it seemed to go unacknowledged. Over all great experience. --------- Came in for a touch up as my shellac peeled in 24hrs. Helen wasn't in unfortunately. A worker (who i can only assume was the manager or supervisor) appeared almost irritated that I was there. I sat for a while before she actually came to set up the shellac remover. Definitely a technology focused place as everyone was on their phones, blaring music, and even texting while holding my hand to fix the polish. Will definitely stick to requesting one esthetician when I go in. read more

The wait was awful. I was told it was going to be about 10 minutes but that turned into 45. I was just about to leave when I was called over. I got a full set of UV gel nails and I am extremely disappointed. Where the tip is glued to my natural nail there is a noticeable gap and from the side, it looks like my nails are pointing upwards. I even had to re-file them when I got home because the nail artist made 2 nails noticeably shorter than the rest of them. Apart from the service I received, the staff truly was friendly. read more

Very disappointed. I got shellac done and it chipped a couple days later, they said they will fix it for free if it's within a week. I went back and they fixed the 2 nails that chipped. 2 days later one of the fixed nails chipped again and in addition to another one that previously had not chipped. A shellac manicure should last you a minimum of 2 weeks and I'm only on the start of the 2nd week. read more

The wait is awful. Even if you call ahead for a scheduled appointment they still have you waiting a good 30 minutes. The ladies who do your nails rush through the job. I went for UV jel and asked for my cuticles to be cut. The lady did such an awful job you could still see all my cuticles. On top of that she never placed the fake nail high enough on my real nail so you could still see a clear outline of my nail growth. I spoke to the manager and showed what happened and I was directed back to the lady who sighed and complained saying that she wouldn't get paid for fixing this. Completely unprofessional.. since this is her job. Needless to say, I won't be returning. Since recently moving to Brampton I had to discover a new nail salon. So knowing that this one is a franchise I decided to come to this one. They acknowledge me right away and made sure they had someone to take care of me. It wasn't that busy but for a Tuesday afternoon there were more people then what I expected. There were a few regulars that the staff knew by name so that's a good thing. Given that this one is so close to me I will definitely be coming back. They did a great good job on my nails so I'm happy. Their pricing is good too. I have no complaints. read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I went here today and had terrible service!! I went in and requested a manicure. Loan was the lady that did my manicure. She handed me the colour swatches to choose from and asked if I wanted shellac and I said I would think about it. She proceeded to soak, file nails and cut my cuticles as I decided on my colour. Loan then asked me to go and wash my hands and asked if I had picked a colour. I said yes, showed her the colour and said that I wanted a regular manicure, she looked at me annoyed and I said just regular manicure, I don't want the colour on for 2 weeks. I then got up and went to the back to wash my hands. I came back, sat down and noticed she had the shellac drier on the table. As all of this was happening she started cleaning my right nails with rubbing alcohol, I then, for the 3rd time reminded her that it was a regular manicure. She was very annoyed at this and quickly got the correct polish. She put the clumpy base coat on and applied the 1 coat of colour. Before it was dry she put the second coat of colour on. I asked to let the 1st coat dry a bit more so it wouldn't chip and she said no. Loan then applied the 2nd coat of colour and quickly, before it was dry, applied the top coat. 2 of my nails needed fixed after the top coat was applied due to bubbles appearing. Loan was not happy about having to fix them. She then told me to sit in front of the fan for 10 mins so my nails would dry and she proceeded to write my bill and left it on the table for me. I was left at the fan for 18 mins before she came back and said I could go. As I sat there, I noticed another lady getting the same regular manicure I had asked for but she was getting hand lotion rubbed in, which I didn't get. I asked another woman that worked there what was included in the manicure and she informed me it was a file, cuticle cut, hand cream and massage while they rubbed it in. I then asked the same woman what was included in the polish change listed on their price list on the wall. She explained it was a file, polish application and no cream. After my 18 mins of waiting, Loan returned, checked my nails and said I could go. She then walked me to the check out and told me I owed $16.95. I inquired as to why she didn't apply cream and she tried telling me it wasn't included. She then said if I wanted cream she would give me some. I declined as she was being rude and almost yelling at me for inquiring. People in the salon were looking over at this point. I asked to speak to her manager. Loan then continued to raise her voice, and yelling said "if you don't want to pay then I will take your polish off! How much do you want to pay!?" I then explained to her that I was fine with paying, that wasn't an issue but wasn't paying for services I didn't receive. She wouldn't get the manager. She then walked to the nearby table, got nail polish remover on some cotton balls and proceeded to walk come towards me to take my nail polish off! I folded my hands under my arms and told her NO! The manager then came from the back of the store and asked what was happening. I explained it to her. Loan and the manager then proceeded to speak in their language in front of me about the situation (so rude) and Loan looked at me and said I wanted shellac. I explained that I told her 3 times I wanted a reg manicure. Loan then said I requested shellac. I asked if I requested shellac, why did she put regular polish on me? She had no answer. She then told her manager she was going to put cream on at the end but she wasn't, she came and got me from the fan and walked me to the till to check out. The manager acknowledged it was their fault and said I could pay $10 + tax ($7 for a polish change and $3 for the cuticle trim) and walked away. Loan then proceeded to take my cash and as she handed me my change she said "DON'T EVER COME BACK HERE!" and walked away. I was appalled!!! The manager returned to the desk, I told her what Loan had said and she looked shocked and said she would speak to Loan. Every customer in the salon was looking at me, it was humiliating! One other customer was even shaking her head in disbelief of Loan's attitude. The manager did nothing to fix it and Loan didn't apologize. I have never in my life received such horrible service and been so humiliated!! I have been a good paying customer there for years and always gave great tips but I will NEVER return to any of their locations. Within an hour of leaving I have already informed 3 friends who will also be taking their business elsewhere. I encourage everyone considering to go here to rethink and go somewhere else! I've been going here for various services for 7 years and I love it!! Lisa, Lily, Helen, Joy and all the ladies are fun and friendly. Friday's and weekends are always busy but that should be expected so if that's the only time you can go and if you don't have an appointment you should expect to wait. Try going during a weekday as its not as busy. I've always been very pleased with the quality of service and the length of time spent in the salon. I've never had any issues with the quality of their work and I get services like mani/pedi with UV gel, shellac, regular nail polish, waxing, etc. read more

if i could give them a 0/5 stars i would. i have never posted a review good/or bad since i started using yelp, so that should be some indication of how bad this was. worst mani pedi experience i have ever had in my life. i was immediately bombarded by 3 women who tried to push $100 mani pedis on me and the 3 girls i was with, even after i repeatedly tried to explain that only i wanted a gel mani and pedi but everyone else just wanted pedi, NOT shellac as they were trying to force me to do for $100. after 10 minutes of unintelligible back and forth, i was finally able to get in a chair. i've probably had 20+ gel mani pedis, and this was the worst by far. not only did they haphazardly and speedily do all of our nails, the end result was extremely disappointing. it took less than 3 days for my first nail to chip and then 4 more chipped afterward and the edges were peeling up and my nails felt generally weak. almost all of my nails have broken and the nail itself was seemingly shaved down and i am unsure how long it will take to get them healthy again. in all my experience with gel, i have never had any of these (chipping, peeling, breaking) things happen. it was the last nail salon experience i had in 2017 and i plan to never return. save your money and your nails and go to one of the other nail salons that brampton has to offer. read more

So me and my friends went to this nail place about 2 weeks ago. And for a month we placed a nail appointment and when we check on the nail appointment a couple days before but they didn't realize that we made one. I would understand because we made it really early. Anyways we got to the place 20 mins earlier than the time. It was just a regular looking nail salon but with a weird smell.. Me and my friends waited atleast 45 mins and they didn't even consider our appointment time (it was at 5:30 and we got the first turn at 5:55) so if you are planning to make an appointment there's no point. Now, my friends let me get the first turn; the employees are nice but they the lady I got was showing attitude because I didn't really have much knowledge about getting my nails done. (It was my first time) I showed her a picture if the nail design I wanted and she agreed. Btw they always talk in their own language to Each other, maybe it's just me but they sound angry lol. She was a bit harsh on my nails with filing and buffing it but I let it slide because my other friends said that they felt the same. When I came upon the nail design, she didn't even so what I asked for.... It was like this gold ombré thing and she just have me a gold glitter Polish french tip.. It looked okay but it wasn't what I asked for so I was kinda disappointed.. They did the same thing with my friend. But gel nail designs they are good at. Overall 2/5 for me. read more
