I called to book a full-set dip nails and a regular pedicure about 2 weeks prior to my requested appointment. I had no problem booking over the phone. They took me in right away upon my arrival. My pedicure was first. I actually have never gotten a real pedicure, with all the steps, a massage, cuticles pushed...all that jazz. So this was my first time and it was excellent! Vee did my pedicure and she was super sweet and honest. When I told her I was getting dip nails for my hands, she said I didn't need to get extensions because my natural length was good. I appreciated this because it shows they're honest and don't push you to get extra. I still ended up getting the extensions because some nails were broken lol. Anyways, Vee was chatty with me and did a great job on my nails. Her technique was great. I never felt uncomfortable or any pains. I then got my dip nails done by Trinh. She was very sweet and kept making sure I was satisfied with the shape and colour of my nails. I had a ton of questions, since I never get my nails done and she was super informative. This salon is not like your typical nail salon. I defs got a different vibe here. A more classy, up-scale vibe. They care about their customers and pay attention to detail. They're all thoughtful and outgoing. The care they have for their customers show, as all the ladies that left the salon during my services were all very happy with their nails. I ended paying 65 dollars for this terrible nail design. I'm never going back to this salon again.
