Well here we go again with same issue. Called their office and after 5 minute wait on hold got their answering service. Really?...you have to hold for the answering service while they are at lunch? Just leave a message saying you are at lunch and stop wasting my time. Called earlier in day at 7:45 AM and they weren't open yet. Tried to at least pay bill online and they charge a $9.95 convenience fee.

I literally have had to get us hotels while paying for the home I was at because it was too hot and we couldn't use our bathroom....but as soon as you don't pay the 5.00 fee for sending rent money, they will take you to court.
