I am applaud at the way this company runs their business…read more First off I understand that rent should be paid on time every month or there is consequences. But the manner in which this company handles renters who are late is horrific and outright rude. They have no compassion and do not care a darn bit about their tenants rights and/or situations. This company manages several mobile parks, not Ritz Carlton's, cheap mobile homes. Most people who buy mobile homes and live in a park fall within 2 categories. 1) They are poverty or close to the poverty line and live pay check to pay check. 2) They are elderly and do not want the hassle that comes with owning a house, and they usually live pay check to pay check. So with that being said life happens. I have lived in one of their said parks for 4 years, when we moved in 4 years ago rent was around $300, it is now $399 it has went up almost $100 in 4 years and for what, NOTHING, you get a lot, water, and trash, the water is disgustingly brown and gets shut off every Tuesday for HOURS at a time. There is NO adminities at all unless you count a playground that is fenced off and locked during non-business hours, so pretty much whenever the kids have a chance to play outside it is closed..... You have to take care of your own lawn which is not a big deal if rent wasn't so high. When we first moved in they tried to blame the water on our mobile home being that it is our problem then we started finding out that others are having the same issue. The is bugs everywhere and when you finally waste a ton of money getting them out of your house they just come right back because the park NEVER sprays or maintains the grounds. The only LOTs they are interested in repairing are their own. The manager lot and the ex-assistant manager lot are the only two lots that have had their driveways maintains. Whenever it rains, half of my driveway floods completely because there is not proper drainage in the park. Whenever we complain about something they always have an excuse and do not do anything about it. They close the office randomly with no notice whatsoever, so if you are trying to contact them for some reason, say late rent. They are not there when they are supposed to be. Yes my rent was late, yes I did not get it paid by the 15, but I tried to contact you on this, this and this date and could not. What about that, oh that is my problem to that YOU were not there. I tried to go above their head and talk to corporate, the lady there is worse than the office. Wouldn't let me talk at all and when I tried she would just interrupt and say I'm talking you listen.... Seriously. I may have financial issues and not always pay my rent on time, but this is just outright rude. It may not be against the law but that is not how you treat human beings. They called the cops on me saying I was threatening them because I wanted it in writing that they refused my rent and the lady wouldn't print it out so I said, and I quote "Fine I will stand her and wait until you have a minute to do so." But speaking of laws, they have broken a few, like looking thru our windows no less than 7 times, the rest I am going to leave off for now but you get the picture. So we finally had enough, we are selling our mobile home cause we cannot afford to move it, and leaving this h*** whole. The apartments that we are looking to move to emailed them a rental verification request for us and they received back a message that says, "Please do not send emails or response to her to this office" I had replied to that email as requested to give "consent" to release my rental information, and I got a response back, "Please do not send e-mails to this office addressed to (my name). We are not an answering service for either your company or them. We have a business to run also." Seriously, the new manager of hopefully our future place was applaud by this response I was applaud by this response. I have NEVER been tried with so much disrespect in all my life. I know that I have not been the perfect tenants but I thought we were decent I mean we follow the rules, we keep to ourselves, we do not bug anyone. The worst thing we have done is been late on rent and our yard doesn't always get mowed when they want it to..... We are not excessively and constantly late on rent it has only been in the last year in fact when my husband lost his job..... So before you move in here make sure you are the perfect tenants and that you never upset management.

Makaylah Jarrett is a very conniving person. I first went in 2 weeks ago and she was very helpful…read moreand nice. I clearly remember asking her how long it would be for them to run the credit report and make a decision on qualifying to rent the lot, she stated 2-3 days, no more than that. I turned in my application on a Monday and since I did not hear from her by that Thursday, I called to check in. Makaylah stated (very rudely) " my supervisor isn't here and I can't say." Ok super understandable. I checked again that following day, which was Friday, in a nasty tone she says " is this Stephanie. I already told you my supervisor is not here." Finally I get a letter that I did not qualify, which is fine ok. No big deal. I called in yesterday to see if my brother can apply since he is looking to move and needed something affordable. I asked if he would be able to get an application on line, mailed or emailed. Again in a nasty tone she tells me "No he has to be here." She then adds on to her comment " didn't I tell you not to buy any trailers from here." Which I did not because we had to get approved for the lot first before buying any home there....I proceeded to let her know this and she yelled " I TOLD YOU NOT TO BUY ANYTHING HERE" I was appalled at how a "manager" speaks to people. I did let her know her tone of voice isn't necessary and that she was being very unprofessional. She didn't care and hung up on me. I was so bothered by the way I was treated and spoken to that I called back today to ask for a corporate number or someone over her. She tells me " I don't even know you to be giving you any information" I work in an office and whenever we have anyone wanting to speak to someone over us we give them a number and a name at corporate. It's the right thing to do. I was shocked at her response and I asked her again if I can please have her supervisors name and number. Her response "I can take your information and give it to him..I don't know you to give you that." I asked " How can you assure me that that information will get to him." Here's the kicker " Well I am management and you'll just have to deal with it." This whole experience with her was disgusting and appalling. I have never met someone so nasty toned and rude to a potential tenant. It was like as the second she knew I didn't qualify it was ok for her to speak to me in any kind of way. I hope someone over her reads this and reaches out to me because I can't understand how you have someone like that working for you.
