I expect to be jerked around. It seems to be common. It is refreshing to run into someone who runs an honest business. My spouse's laptop is working fine for a reasonable price. Without going into a long diatribe, I'll simply say, the repair I had hoped for would have cost me a ton of money if what Apple had told me was true. The problem was identified and it was a mutual conclusion that the cost of repair was more than it was worth. In the long run, buying a new one would be the better avenue. There was much going into identifying the problem. The bill was more than reasonable. I have to say the lesson was worth the expense. Ehab was a delight to deal with. Be honest with him and he'll be honest with you. Simple really. A blast from the past - good customer service without phony corporate speak.
