I knew exactly what I needed, but somebody who doesn't know what they're looking for won't be able to earn any new knowledge from an elderly lady. When it was my turn to check out after waiting for 5 minutes behind 2 people - because the young girl at the register was just shootin' the breeze with the person at the register - the HDD that I came to purchase was locked up. Understandable. What is not understandable is why the manager, who I assume is the only person who has access to the cage, is on break and doesn't give the keys to somebody else. "Excuse me, ma'am, but I am in a huuuuuge rush." "(manager's name) this man is in a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge rush." She replies exaggeratedly while shaking her head in a sassy way. As if my request to get out in a timely manner is simply too much to ask for. I don't appreciate being mocked for simply asking that my experience be a normal experience. The only reason this store doesn't get a one-star from me is because the manager apologized and explained that the geographic location of the store doesn't offer any respectable people.
