After speaking with them and taking them through the house and my expectations, which I know are a little higher than most, their initial price was so reasonable I asked when then would be able to start... they said immediately! They went to work right away and I was able to continue on with my day and run some errands without a worry about the quality of work being performed - these poor ladies, bad manners on my part, were sweating when I had returned because I had the HVAC off due to the crazy temperature swings we have been having lately, needless to say the AC went on as quickly as it could so they could work comfortably. They treated my home and my reasoning for having the deep clean with such attention and care that it's hard to describe just how impressed I was with their services. Not only did they start the same day, but they hardly even took time to eat lunch and when they did they asked if was okay to do so - that was mind blowing of how respectful they are of the time and money being spent by their clients. They weren't able to finish all in one day and were promptly here the following day with excellent communication letting me know when they would arrive and an estimated time they would be done. I was so impressed by their work ethic and performance that I've also hired them to come back this weekend to organize our pantry! If there was a way to select a fairing higher than 5 Stars I would do so for this team and their newly formed business. Seeing two friends decide to go into business together and have a good time while they were doing it solidified that I made the right decision by choosing New Paradigm Cleaning Services and I will happily be referring anyone I know that is looking for any sort of cleaning services. We had biweekly cleaning scheduled, and after our last cleaning I asked to book again for two weeks later. I was told yes, but I never received a confirmation of the date or an arrival time like I had in the last. Previous cleanings had been in the morning or around noon, so I was surprised when the team simply showed up around 3:30 PM on a weekday without any prior communication. That is quite late in the day for an appointment that had never actually been confirmed. When I texted the owner and explained that I would do much better with an actual scheduled time, the only response I received was "OK." I've also found that some of the owner's communication can come across as a little abrupt or rude. Again, I think they do a good job cleaning, but reliable scheduling and clear, courteous communication are important to me when someone is coming into my home. Because of that, I don't think this is the right service for us.

Josh was able to accommodate my schedule and arrived early in the morning his with crew to start the job. The job was focused on dusting and vacuuming everything including fans, appliances, baseboards, stair rails, etc. Josh and crew was very thorough with the process and constantly asked me if i needed anything extra done or if it looked good.... my mom is very particular with house cleaning and she mentioned that they did a good job Josh mentioned that the company is new so i was very happy to be an early customer. She and her team arrived on time and were finished on the dot of when she stated. I wish I would've gotten a before picture but my bathroom hasn't been this clean since move in.
