A number of things that set them apart: 1) Communication- they were very clear and communicative, giving frequent updates and sharing observations as they made them. They uncovered a number of clogs and sorted them out immediately. 3) Price - their price was very competitive 4) Friendliness - The people at LG are so friendly - it makes working with them a joy. I've referred LG to all my local friends already and will continue to do so. Great business.
