There was another associate though... maybe early 30's, short/stout. I didn't even know he was there until the helpful guy had the other guy ring me up. I was walking around the store looking for something while the helpful guy was helping someone else...walked around a bunch and couldn't find what I was looking for...apparently the other guy was there the whole time off in the corner on his phone ::face palm:: didn't say a word when I entered, didn't acknowledge me or even make his presence known. Just being quiet and creepy and not showing his face until the helpful guy came back inside the store to help me. No stars for this guy, it was annoying to know he was there the whole time but just didn't care (no he wasn't on break, he was just avoiding work). I ask if I can wait there to place the order while I'm the phone not knowing that they can not just simply give you the order after waiting on the phone for 45 minutes some guy from who knows where tells me they can only ship the orders, which I was trying to avoid as I could've just gone to amazon to place that same order. Later that day I hop on amazon and place the order from a seller "AUTOPARTS GIANT" which turns out being guess who?! These mf (excuse my French) which not only after seeing my order leave the same city I'm in just to come back to only 6miles away they don't even deliver the full order only sending me one piece of what I ordered now calling amazon which have to send an email to them and I have to wait 2-3 buisness days for a reply. The 2nd time it was 10 min until closing and an employee waved his arms from inside to let me know they were closed. However, I do call ahead of time to make sure that the parts are available and the two times that I visited here everything has been available and ready for pick up at the front desk. I actually have a mechanic that I work and he has a reputable reputation with the company as well so everything works out perfectly... availability and deals! The store is a little hard to spot from the road but if you have any GPS system it should guide you spot on! I used my Google Maps without worry. The shop is kind of small however they do have a few shelves of items that you can browse around to see if it's anything else that you need for your vehicle but they mainly specialize in imported cars. And store is pretty much for stocking items and not so much on the main floor. The building does appear larger from outside. No sugar coating here... they're definitely straight and to the point with you. A great group of guys. Parking is alongside the store on the street or there is parking directly behind the building. Becky stepped outside the norm and helped me replace the bulb; it took her 5 minutes. It would have taken me about an hour because I would have researched it and did not have the right tools.
