After calling Norris where he was working, a unit that was not registered has a 5 year one that was has a 10 so after 4 years he refused to come twice to fix it. Left me in the cold when the unit was broke. Also refused to give me a itemized statement and text me he was not doing it, of the charges he sent a invoice for recently. So now my unit is out of warranty with anyone. The unit was bought Jan of 2000. Got the invoice same month the warranty ran out. 5 years to the month my guess the bill included full price for part where it should of been under warranty.

The panels aren't staying together, there are several gaps, the gates sag so bad they're pulling panels out of the posts and can't be opened easily without lifting the entire gate. Accordong to my neighbor this fence wasn't installed correctly at all. Contacted this dude to come out and fix it, and got the run around, once again. Always has excuses and is either the most unhealthy dude on the planet, as hes always sick, and has the worst memory or he's just completely unprofessional, which is where I am tending to lean. Either way, he's blown me off several times and I can no longer, with good conscience, recommend him or his work. Oh yeah, and the wheels... he could have told me 6 months ago he wasn't going to do it, I could have fixed the issue myself. He never completed the work, kept making excuses, and pushed the start date back nearly every week. He initially stated he was going to start the week after Thanksgiving. He came out to walk the property nearly a month after being paid and didn't bring the pin-finder he promised he had, nor did he even have enough stakes to mark the corners. He totalled his truck in January of 2025 while driving drunk (public record) and was in the hospital for a while recovering, so I was willing to delay the start until he was better. I even offered additional assistance to his family during his hospitalization to make sure they were taken care of. He called once he was released and said they had a job lined up that weekend and would start on mine the next week (nearly 7 weeks after the initially agreed-upon date). But, surprise, they NEVER confirmed an exact date or even attempted to show up. Texts, calls, and FB messages continued to be ignored for nearly the next 2 months. I offered multiple compromises to him, but he refused. The local Sheriff's department confirmed that he had vacated the residence associated with his address, so it took me a while to actually locate him. I filed criminal charges against him once he was located, but the charge required that the DA prove "intent to defraud" on the date we signed the contract, which is nearly impossible. Because intent wasn't proven, even though theft was evident, he was found not guilty. I was told that I could file in civil court and there was more than enough evidence to win the case by a landslide, but because our state is a non-garnishment state, I would never see a dime and would just lose more money hiring a lawyer. After initially filing charges, I was contacted by 7 other individuals who stated he did something similar to them, paid for work, and never completed. It's now December of 2025, and he still has all of my money, and nothing has ever been done...not even a single hole has ever been dug for a post. I love promoting local businesses and supporting them, but I will not tolerate individuals who defraud our community. I'm only posting this because I want to make everyone aware of this crook. I only wish someone had done the same before I hired him...it would have saved me $19K. Stay clear of this guy and his company at all costs!
