Got a text from him stating we did not have a contract for him to service the unit and he had not serviced the unit yearly so I lost my Warranty was why he didn't come . This was after I was told it had a 10 years warranty before I bought it. 4 years after buying the unit according to him it was out of warranty dew to we didn't have a contract. I was not away I needed one after being told it had a 10 year. . After calling Norris where he was working, a unit that was not registered has a 5 year one that was has a 10 so after 4 years he refused to come twice to fix it. Left me in the cold when the unit was broke. Also refused to give me a itemized statement and text me he was not doing it, of the charges he sent a invoice for recently. So now my unit is out of warranty with anyone. The unit was bought Jan of 2000. I got an estimate back in October to install one gutter over my deck because the rain was dripping down washing the stain off. I gave him an $800.00 check for a deposit on a $1200.00 job. after 4 weeks he did not show up or call me. I called and cancelled the job and requested my deposit returned. Numerous calls were made and he said his bank was working on the return of funds ?????????????? It's now April and no returned deposit! I'm a disabled Vet paralyzed in a wheel chair and need my money back to pay for food and pay bills. I told him I was going to write a bad review that would affect his business and he said go ahead. I'n my estimation this is the most unscruplous businessman I have ever delt with. To take money from a paralyzed Vet is unbelievable. Stay away from this scum bag! read more
