One random day was because I needed my down comforters during winter dry clean so I could put them away until the following winter period. And this was the only dry cleaners in the area that would take the down comforter. I had originally tried some of the smaller Ma and Pa shops and they actually got mad at me for bringing a down comforter. What I do like about this place is the turnaround time on Cleaning the text messages to remind you that your pick up is ready and that there is a no hassle no argument on the fees. In fact, the fees and pricing are totally transparent, which is fantastic. What makes this location special are the ladies who are working here no matter what day and time I show up here. They are a group of super friendly, hard-working women and I don't know if they get enough credit, but I sure hope they do.

Extremely unprofessional service and complete lack of responsibility…read more I had two very bad experiences with this dry cleaning. First, I brought an expensive dress (around $500). When I came to pick it up on the promised day, they could not find it. Staff searched everywhere -- clean items, dirty items, everything -- and the dress was completely missing. Only the next day I was informed that it was "found." Where it was and why it disappeared remains unclear. Because of this, I did not have my dress for an important event. Despite this serious issue, I gave them another chance -- which was a big mistake. I later brought two expensive white blazers (one ~$500, another ~$300). Both were returned ruined. * One blazer came back with multiple stains that were never there before and is now completely unwearable. * The belt from that blazer was also lost and only returned later after I came back again. * The second blazer (part of a matching set) came back yellow/ivory instead of white, making the set unusable. I received my items in worse condition than when I brought them in. When I pointed this out, staff denied responsibility and claimed the stains were already there, which is absolutely not true. The only "compensation" I received was a refund of the $5 cleaning fee -- for items worth over $800 total. If you care about your clothes, especially expensive ones, I strongly recommend staying away. A clean-looking location and decent Google rating do not reflect the actual quality or accountability of this business.

I've bee stopping by for the last several weeks and they do an excellent job on my shirts! Always crisp and clean! I've been going to Lee's for many years (12+). Knew the previous couple who owned it and the ones…read morewho took over a couple years ago. All tolled, they do a very good job and were fairly consistent. Today, I decided to walk away from this business as a long time customer. There were mistakes made that I had brought to their attention, didn't get the result I wanted and decided not to press the issue, no pun intended. This happened several times. The issues included washing, (not dry cleaning) two shirts of mine that were silk. Completely ruined them. Changed the fabric's whole texture and destroyed two very nice shirts from Nordstrom that were purchased in the $150 range. Brought to their attention and no apology, just poor English and a shrug of the shoulders. I let it go. Another issue is their prices. While nearly all dry cleaners charge half the cost (or less) for laundering a shirt over dry cleaning it, you will pay the same here. A cotton shirt that needs to be washed will cost you around $4.50. It's $2.60 at MOST at other places. Finally, the other day they did not include a shirt of mine when returning my items. She claimed she put it with the other items. I still had my order still in the bag. It wasn't included. Lost shirt. Again, no offer to make things right or reimburse. Found another cleaners nearby with better prices.
