I wanted to specifically talk about their leather cleaning services. I took this vintage suede rancher coat t them to have dry cleaned because when I thrifted it the coat was very dingy and stained. Norge Dry Cleaners is clear on the fact that they outsource leather and suede cleaning, so technically they aren't the ones cleaning those materials. That being said they seem to trust good companies with that service because the coat came back in excellent condition. I wish I took before and after photos so that others could see the difference. I can't wait to continue using this company for my cleaning and alteration needs!

I asked to speak to the manager about a discount because they clearly messed up several times. No one ever got back to me or provided a discount for the horrible dry cleaning. One would think that a discount was appropriate for my inconvenience. I needed my suit for an occasion and was unable to do so. Their sign states that they have a seven point quality check. They clearly did not do a quality check on my suit. I used them twice. Both times, my newly dry cleaned suits were wrinkled. I am so disappointed in their service and their service recovery.
