Being friendly didn't matter. The app didn't work, so now I have $10 on the app I may use someday at another location. The machine did not disperse the soap into my laundry. Some Asian women were very helpful and I saved another Asian woman who was about to use the machine I did after I was done. I offered my concern. I filled out card to have them be aware of machine concern. We'll see if they check the box the box to put cards in. If so, I will have another $10 on the app that I hope will work somewhere someday. I only went their to use a large commercial washer for my mattress topper. I believe the washer would have done an amazing job if it dispensed my soap. Very clean location! I was doing my laundry and watching the TV and she kept turning off the TV when I stepped away for a minute or two. The first time, I did not think much of it, even though I was only a few feet away in front of the nearby laundry machines when she turned it off, then the 2nd time when I used the restroom, she turned it off again as I was walking toward the same spot. Instead of asking me if i was done she turned it off in front of me as if to send a message that she does not want me to watch the CUSTOMER TV. I won't return, in fact I may open my own commercial laundromat.

Close to half the washers and a third of the dryers were out of order. One entire bank of washers was gone, with just a dusty, filthy, chipped-paint platform where they once stood. There was water on the floor that no one cleaned up (so I did!), and the floors were so filthy I would bet they haven't been mopped for a year or more. The washing machines SMELL SO INCREDIBLY BAD - LIKE ROTTEN FOOD, GARBAGE, SEWER, MOLD AND DEATH all rolled into one. The machines that do take a card have to be swiped at least twice before you can continue. The dryers are a joke!! "Hot" is barely warm and it will take about an hour to dry a normal sized load, even if you use the ginormous dryers. It took me three hours to wash and dry 5 loads, at a total cost of close to $58 dollars!! And while I was falling deeper into a depression and crying over my poor decision to try this laundromat, I could only find two small elementary-school desks with a small chair, or the folding tables with 5 pitiful chairs held together with duct tape upon which to set my sorry a$$. And that "clean" bathroom they boast about? It must be a port-a-potty in the back lot because it sure isn't the one right by the dryers! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THIS PLACE IS A DIRTY, STINKY, RIP-YOU-OFF, DUMP!!

When you wash you are getting dregs of 1000s of other peoples detergent scents. I use fragrance free products and my laundry reeks as if I used heavily scented stuff. The lack of cleaning out detergent build up means mold and other foulness can be present. Not enough folding tables, no soap in the restroom. Homeless and messed up folks sleeping on the floor. I paid $8 to wash a large blanket and then the dryer is $2.50 each cycle, and it took me two cycles. So pretty pricey to use, but I guess that's just the price of everything these days. Cleaning of machines and the washhouse could be better. There is no one actively attending the washhouse, so everything looks rundown and unkept during business hours. One of the machines I tried to use took my money, and the process to get a refund is quite antiquated and annoying. However, I did get my refund rather quickly in cash through the mail.

Too hot, no problem, the laundry mat was cool inside. I would say and this is not reflexive on Megawave but customers should be more considerate and not leave their laundry in machines unattended for hours. That can be irritating when it is a busy day. Brought my girls to a place in Coon Rapids and I feel much safer here. About the same drive from where we live. We're the only ones here too! Two lines of washers. Two areas for folding. A giant bank of giant dryers. There's two tables with cushioned chairs and a vending machine for while you wait. And the bathroom is clean. Coin exchange takes bills up to $20. Everything is coin operated. A separate vending machine for soap, bleach, softener etc too.

They have a few different machines and then they have a couple of the very large washers and one very large dryer. Plenty of regular size dryers as well.
