You never feel rushed and they are never too crowded, which makes me feel better especially during COVID times. They make sure you wash your hands when you enter and everything is spotlessly clean. I have been here a few times for manis and pedis. They have a great selection of colours. Depending on which service you get, you might get their scrub and cream that are made in house and smell amazing. Shaunette always does a great job, she is very meticulous and also can help you choose colours (there was a woman next to me who wanted to do ombre nails, with different shades on each finger, and Shaunette was a pro at choosing the colours to match this woman's inspo pic from instagram haha). Prices are very reasonable for the high level of service they provide and online booking is easy. Definitely worth the trip, this is a hidden gem as it's a few blocks north of the main drag on Danforth.

I thought she was incredibly friendly! They also offer you a complimentary tea/coffee/latte upon your arrival so you really get as comfortable as possible. It was super easy to make the appointment and the gentleman on the phone was super helpful. I know we made our appointment rather late but he still managed to get us slotted in. They were very considerate to keep my cousin and I close together so we could chat and really enjoy our nail date. We've been trying new lounges every time, but I think we might actually have found the location we'd like to return to again. I certainly recommend it!

I'm always greeted by name when I walk in the door and offered a cup of tea. Their nails are AH. MAY. ZING. Seriously. Check out their Instagram if you want to get some inspiration. I was greeted by a friendly front desk staff who asked me immediately if I wanted water or raspberry tea. Even though she did forgot to bring me the tea, I was impressed with another staff who asked when she took me to my manicurist. They also gave me a hot towel to clean my hands. One of the reasons I didn't give this place a 5 is because they were late seating me. Even though, they were apologetic, I like appointments that are on time and not 15 mins late. Having said this, I do have to give them cred for taking my friend who was also late to the appointment! My manicurist, Rebecca was very friendly. I told her I wanted shellac with easy nail art. I showed her a sample and she immediately knew what to do. She picked a really nice base for my nails and worked with what I wanted, but also added her own creativity. The only other reason why I am not giving a 5 is because she told me at the end that the nail art was $12 instead of $10 (price for easy art). I think this should have been told right up front so I am not surprised. Even if I made changes midway, i would have liked a heads up. End of the day, it was only $2 extra, but it's the principle. Despite this, I truly love love my nail work and appreciated Rebecca's attention to detail and patience with me. The cost of these nails weren't cheap - I paid $90 including tax and tip. I will definitely come back for another experience because I found this to be a great treat and I love my nails!

They were great! Very professional. Note - this business does accept walk-ins. Hours are 10am to 7 pm. I have sensitive cuticles and sometimes if the esthetician is too rough I end up bleeding. Not great! But Lynn was wonderful. Very careful. No wincing or issues here. And did a fantastic job. Btw it's not a French manicure ( I had the regular manicure with Bossy #219- one coat only), but it looks almost like a French, a bit more natural. Hubby raved about the pedicure on the way home. Said that Linda took really good care of filing down the calluses on his feet. He practically floated home lol. Anyway. Totally get why people love this place. Great staff and great result. Std Manicure is $20 plus tax Std Pedicure is $30 plus tax. More pricing and all their services can be found on their website. Parking is on the street or quite accessible by TTC.

Had a great time here doing a mani/pedi. They do a good job cleaning your nails and the nail beds…read more Very clean, and it didn't hurt as much as when some other ladies did it more roughly at other salons. She asked if it hurt a few times too. Even when they were working on my feet, they asked me if I normally have nails that grow into my skin (which happens to me sometimes) and they were able to cut off the extra nails. They had me sit in a chair and it has massage options on the chair, and I was putting my feet in warm water and just chilling. She also did a great job scrapping off the dry skin on my feet and moisturizing it too. I love running and over a year ago I stubbed my toe and it had internal bleeding you can see at the toe. It also started growing funny and it grew out much thicker than before with dried blood you can see. She had a machine that actually was able to scrap off the extra blood, so my toe looks normal again! I was very happy about that cause I've been having to hide that for the past couple of years. I tried the gel nails and she said it lasts a long time and you can't do it yourself. There is a special drying machine that helps dry the nails, and its basically impossible to dry it without that machine. I tried a grape vine color (I also uploading the images of my nails and the polish). She really had like 4 coats and then an outer coat. At least 2 coasts for my toes too. So she was very thorough with her work. Also, they are trilingual! They speak Vietnamese, Cantonese, and English! Definitely would go again. Prices are good and it's not super fancy, but it gets the same job done at a cheaper price!! Always down for that!
