I searched online for animal waste services and was referred to Joshua at Parc by another company. I needed same day service and Joshua fit me into his schedule, driving to Roseville from San Rafael. He wasn't able to provide the emergency same-day service I needed, but immediately got me in touch with his contacts who did. Within the hour four people were there to clean and sanitize everything.

I had purchased a…read moreTesla wall connector and was looking around for someone reliable and knowledgeable to come and install it. Global Electric responded quickly and was able to come out the very next day! I really appreciated his professionalism as he came to do an assessment prior to starting any work so that there would be no surprises with cost. The Tesla wall connector was installed beautifully and worked great. A couple of weeks later is stopped working and I contacted Global Electric. Again, he was out very quickly and double checked all the installation. It turns out the instillation was done PERFECTLY, It was an issue with the unit itself and needed a firmware update. However, I am very impressed with how quick Global Electric responds and how professional they are. Don't hesitate- they are honest and great people!

DO NOT and I repeat absolutely DO NOT EVER go here if you want to keep your car and money. This is…read morea SCAM. Absolute HORRIBLE treatment, miserable quality, and a total and nightmare waste of time and money. Btw because I dealt with them I recognize the employees and friends of theirs leaving good reviews for themselves. So all the good ones are scams, subtract those and you'll have full bad reviews I unfortunately and to my great misery dealt with this company 2 times and a buddy of mine 1 time. Three things to consider: 1. They will keep your car for MONTHS at a time and never return unless you pay a crazy premium 2. They will take a HUGE cut out of the check you could get from insurance which btw will not be any different from what you'll get if you do it yourself in a day or two, plus a week to wait on the check in the mail. 3. They will disassemble your car as much as possible and when requested to put it all back (even the non damaged parts) they say that's not our job, take it to a body shop. They keep your car for months saying we're trying to maximize your payout, but in the end they only get the money the insurance would've payed in the first place, collect their HUGE commission, additional fees for dissembling the car, and then and only then release it back to you. Oleg Filev is the worst person you can do business with. Claims express operates on completely empty promises they never fulfill and will give you the worst headache to deal with!!!! If you dealt or will deal with this company, my greatest and most sincere condolences!

The men who showed up where not prepared and lacked proper equipment. They showed up over a half hour late. One seemed visibly intoxicated. They didn't work together and in the process of moving heavy furniture, damaged several cabinets due to negligent moving and lacking proper equipment. When I requested to have our final invoice revised to account for the damage to our furniture I was informed that they have a policy where they make their customers pay in full for the move and then they will see if they will pay for damages. What a headache and what a bad practice to make your customers put more work into an already bad situation. I'll never use them again, too risky and they don't care about their customers at all.

I contacted my contractor. Even though the operator was over 30 minutes early (the appointment was confirmed for 11am this morning) the operator was angry that my contractor's guy wasn't here when he arrived (over a half hour early) and called my contractor, who reminded him the appointment was for 11. The operator replied "I'm here now." My contractor told him his guy was just around the corner. He did pull up as the operator left, which was about 10:35 or 10:40, nowhere near 11AM. We kept our appointment time. You arrived a half hour early. You shouldn't get mad and leave because no one is there. You could have come to our door. We would have checked the status. The person to help was here well before 11. Had you cooled your heels you would have been done before then. You've lost this customer, this job, received a bad rating and will not get good recommendations from me or my contractor.
