Absolutely a WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY I came to them to seek maximum payment from my insurance and they messed up my claim process whatever they did and however they work is very sketchy my insurance didn't want to work with them so I got a $5k offer for my vehicles repair which half of that ended up going to them they are absolute scammers and are literally taking your money they held my car for 2 months and when I got the car back it had the front bumper taken off they took $2400 for "the work" but they literally didn't do anything and got a easy paycheck I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU WORKING WITH THEM if you want a good payout just let the insurance company do it no third party middle man type stuff where it can go sour moral of the story they wasted 2 months holding my car only took the front bumper off and took $2400 for "work" they did..... Claims Express estimated more on $449 only than Caliber Collision but charged for their estimate $620 (third screenshot) so it's no sense to hire them cuz you will get more money from insurance company without them for sure. read more

The worst appraisal company I have ever dealt with. Wouldn't recommend anyone to here they overcharge, they dont backup whatever they offer before taking the vehicle in. Oleg the owner promised to get every possible penny for my accident. My car was wrapped, during the damage wrap and the paint were damaged. They only gave us the money to fix the wrap which wasnt even enough to get the half of damaged panels rewrapped and didnt even bother to take care of the paintjob. They got $1800 from the insurance, took $800 out of it for an inspection so I was left over with $1000 to fix the body, paint, and the wrap of my vehicle. The repair cost me $3800 and I have lost a lot of money because of this money seeking company who is not helping its customer instead taking big portion of our repair money. Don't recommend anyone to this terrible company read more

Scammers, stay away from this company. I understand they maybe easier to communicate if your Russian/Ukrainian but you are being scammed. Just call your insurance instead. Claims Express Inc. charged over 20% in fees on the lowest settlement possible and did not do any repairs. We were promised 10k from insurance and agreed they would take out 10%. Insurance only paid 5k for my totaled vehicle and they took out 20+% ( 10% of 10k still same charges were applied even though we were not paid 10k). Had to come up with an additional 4K out of pocket funds to complete repairs. 3,900 for a totaled vehicle, what a joke.. read more

I think they charge $500 before $5000 and 10% beyond that. This is worth not having headaches. I have always used their service because they work to please and satisfying your financial needs. They will go to the and holding your hand. If they see unfair relation to you from the other party, they will take your case to the court and make sure to be as prepped as they can. That's what happened to me they showed dedication to prove their excellence. I have used their service for almost 10 years already and all my family does the same. We were always happy and pleased with amount of money they were Able to get for us from the loss. I took my car to "Claims Express Inc." for an accident and was very satisfied with the outcome! I had a lady that backed into the right side of my passenger door from a parking lot causing damage to my right window, mirror and right side door. She called her insurance with false information saying I rear-ended her (have no idea how that is possible). Luckily, I had proof of pictures and the damages that I was able to forward to the company Claims Express and they were able to fight my case and even my deductibles were returned. The process was fast and very easy with Claims Express. They were extremely helpful and very kind. I was able to have the whole claim solved in two weeks and my check was ready for pick up. If you want to hear from them faster, don't be afraid to just call or text them for the status of your car. By the way.... I went back to them for a second claim. You will be surprised for what. I was driving back from our four hour family camp on I-5 freeway passing Redding area, there was construction road work which caused rocks to fly and hit my hood and bumper leaving chipped paint and dents. Believe it or not, but such a claim can be opened through your insurance as long as you have full coverage. Don't worry your insurance will not go up for opening this type of claim. Only deductibles of $500 was charged in my case and of course for the labor and fees that Claims Express charged me. At the end I was still able to walk out with a good amount. THIS COMPANY DESERVES NEGATIVE STARS AND NEGATIVE CLIENTELE!!! I have never dealt with a company that tried to scam me more in my entire existence! Whatever "GOOD," reviews are on here are clearly ones of Olegs friends "don't know how anyone can even communicate with this person and how he hasn't fallen off this planet yet for scamming people out of their money!" This company that stated I'd pay them $500 for their services pretty much decided to charge me a percentage of my loan amount! My car had a lien on it for over $30,000 I didn't even get a full pay off on it and have to go through gap insurance to just cover my loan amount (Left with no car and no money) just for them to try to scam money out of me over $3,000 to be exact because Oleg stated it is what they deserve! I guess towing a car to a shop and prepping it for the insurance company to inspect as that is the only thing that they did deserves thousands of dollars, to top it off they charge a pretty good amount from the insurance company for their tow serves, their work, and their daily storage fee, my car has been their for almost 2 months!!!!! So they aren't missing out on too much money already! They didn't finish their job and demanded money from me and threatened NOT to give me paperwork to release my OWN car to the insurance company and to get the lien payed off unless I payed them, LET THAT SINK IN, THEY DIDN'T COMPLETE THEIR JOB AND ARE DEMANDING PAYMENT FOR A SERVICE THAT HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETE OR THEY ARE THREATENING TO HOLD MY PAPERWORK, AND MY CAR IS NOT AND HAS NOT EVEN BEEN PAID FOR!!!!!!! Ok, let me just start off by thanking Oleg for his service and experience in the field. My brother borrowed my Toyota Camry one night and was rear ended on the way home. He said that the hit was really bad and hurt a lot. His face smacked the steering wheel, cracking his glasses. When I arrived the damage on the car didn't look so scary, I thought just 2 quarter panels and a rear bumper and a good paint job should be all I need. The Geico insurance lady wanted to send me a check for $3,300 and I thought that would be enough. I had the body repair shop estimate the damage and they said NO WAY! Too much damage and they advised me to see express claims. We agreed on a price and they ended up doing all the paperwork and worked with the insurance company for me. I ended up getting a call to come into their office to discuss the offer that they negotiated with the insurance company on my behalf. $16,500 check for my car, I had the opportunity to buy back my car for $5,000. I ended up reselling my car for $8,000 as is. And I was left with an extra $9,000!!! I ended up walking away with $17,000 in my account for a car that was valued at $14,000 on Kelly blue book. Oleg Filev demanded payment of $1000 on the first day and refused to accept check or debit card and wanted the payment to be in cash, moreover they did not give me a receipt. He told me, "You have to rescue your situation!" Quite frankly they are scam artists, they are the equivalent to the those get rich off your insurance claim lawyers that you see on TV. What they neglect to mention on their site is that they still are trapped within your the limitations of the insurance policy that you have and cannot for more than what your totaled vehicle is actually worth and the have 0 say in the in the actual repair process of a vehicle in the event that the vehicle is not totaled. As well as despite not truly being able to increase the payout on your claim they roughly a 30% cut of the whatever the settlement is, so you still come out with less money had you actually still come out of the claim either still owing additional funds to the shop for repairs because you had to pay Claims Express out of your cash settlement on your vehicle, or you end with less money on your totaled vehicle because not do you have to pay them but you in most cases still have to pay your deductible to your insurance company.
