The Electrolux dryer in a rental unit became unusable due to a loose fabric gasket that stopped the…read moredrum from turning. Many appliance repair shops don't work with this brand. I called Sunny Appliance and they had a technician out in the next few days. Luis removed the offending part and said he'd be back once a new part was in. In the meantime, the dryer could be used, although it was a bit noisier. The part arrived the following week and I confirmed the repair appointment time. Sunny Appliance called me the day they were supposed to come out and do the repair asking me when did I want to schedule the repair. When I said I had confirmed for that day, they said I wasn't on the schedule. They said they would see what they could do and called a few minutes later saying they would be out later that day. Luis came again, and successfully repaired the dryer. Even though they had made a scheduling error they went to great lengths to correct it. I'm impressed with the level of service on both the dispatcher's part, and Luis' expert repair. Thank you

Me being in the service industry myself i know this was not a factory pump it was not an LG box it had no part number on it it look like it came out of a damn amazon locker!!!!!! for goodness sakes! if i amazon that pump its $25 I called them furious I let them know this is illegal to have these kind of mark ups!!! Per the California state Attorney General any business in the state of California is legally allowed a 33% markup on materials. So I don't care if you're selling groceries and you're on the biggest grocery chain in the industry you're still only allowed a 33% mark up or if you're selling liquor or cigarettes at the corner store you're only allowed to 33% markup however I was charged 185 bucks for a $25 pump out of an Amazon locker. They assured me they used a factory replacement pump and priced me per the blue book Here we are 10 months down the road and I wake up to my wife telling me our laundry room is flooding the washing machine just drained all over the floor Of course we mop and clean all that up and I called another technician from another reputable company I explain that the pump is replaced about 10 months ago however it was aftermarket...... They told me to leave the machine off until they get here with new pump Lo and behold technician shows up tears apart my machine and what does he find??????????????? Broken pump and pump is full of water leaking Is the pump and LG part?????? Absolutely not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Has a sticker that just says 110 V pump made in China on the side of it Check out the photos Now check out the photo of the actual broken pump full of water and go ahead and check out the box of a real LG pump Then check the contractors license board website for the formal complaint on the contractors license with the contractor and the lie I was told i purchased a factory part and a factory part was installed in my appliance however it was not and I was lied to with aftermarket parts The attorney General loves these cases if you have been taken advantage of and know you were gouged buy this company or any other at more than 33% markup then report em See how long there in Business ripping people off The company is only as good as the records it keeps before the Government takes that company away from crooked ppl taking advantage of the general public The truth hurts but is what it is if you want to be crooked and pad your wallet it only last so long Do your homework before you hire these people Just because they say they can fix it right now there's other people out there that can do it too that are honest The HONEST REPAIR COMPANY with FACTORY PARTS $205 That included $20tip for the tech to get some lunch This scam $257.40 and flooded laundry room and hall Request the license number and always do your homework at WWW.CSLB.CA.GOV

The guy Mark promises a free tech visit for inspection. "Fixes" your problem without discussing or…read moredisclosing any details, then harasses you to pay an exorbitant price. The problem is never fixed and they want more money but will discount the money that they already forced out of you. Dishonesty and misdirection is their main service. My home is still under builder warranty and I just needed someone for second opinion. Mark promised me free inspection. I specifically told him not to fix anything but just give me a quote and problem list with my gas fireplace. Sends a technician that has no certification or skills, talks over the phone walking the technician in Arabic. The technician tells me he fixed it, charges me $480, later to realize that the actual charge is $250. Fun part, he will only accept direct transfer via Venmo only for payment! Next time we use the fireplace, same problem. Mark tells me, upon contacting him, that there is another possible problem. But since I am a returning customer, instead of charging me $1200 to fix it, he will charge me only $780, and discount me another $250 that I already paid. Stay away from this company. Edit(03/06/2026) Your comment shows pure shrewdness and proves my suspicion of false promises and lack of professionalism and integrity. I have posted a picture of my conversation with you on yelp. And it's not 19 months old but a month old conversation for the work your incompetent technician did on November 2, 2025. Damaging my fireplace and stating that my review is false is very concerning and misleading. I hope no one else faces this. Let me know if you need more pictures of the work your company did and the damage bill from the builder.

Would not agree to it even after I had documentation. Also, they were not on time, and did not notify any arrival time windows. They had no business cards, and no invoice of the price details. Even their discount price was very high. I contacted another plumbing service, and they immediately came out. Their price for the same work was half of Sewer & Drain Champion. Sewer and Drain Champion has no credibility and is poorly managed. Do not use them! Dillon the Owner promptly responded. He said they have no recollection of my dealings with them. That is not true! One of the technicians I dealt with was Bill. He was cordial, etc. and worked to get the price of the sump pump installation down to $2500. from $2800. An employee named Chase texted me and said they couldn't offer the lower price. The other company I am now hiring can do the exact same work for $1400. So don't tell me it can't be any lower. Also, an employee named Matt was supposed to install the new sump pump and never communicated to me any arrival time. Here's a picture of the company's van parked in front of my residence last week. They were here and I did interact with them. I recommend any future customers use Sewer and Drain Champion use at your own risk. I hope you have a better experience than I did. Crickets!
