Gabe at Vent Cleaning Hero is the absolute best! I'm an early bird so I sent a message somewhere around 5:00 a.m. one morning for quotes on a dryer duct cleaning and Gabe responded right away! The early bird really does get the worm! Yelp sent my request to several other businesses but none were nearly as responsive as Gabe was. His rates were the most competitive out of all the quotes I received, and we was extremely clear about what services he provided and which ones he did not (I had asked about several). I had explained that I had just moved into a fairly new home (about 7 years old) and it appeared to me that the house had NEVER had its dryer ducts cleaned. What a pro! Gabe came by to clean our dryer vent that stymied other companies. The vent was completely clogged and it took some effort on his part but he was able to clean it out and now we can use our dryer again. He removed an insane amount of lint, it came out looking like blown insulation. He also discovered that the outside vent had a cover that allowed critters to nest in the duct. He actually found the remains of a bird's nest. After clearing the vent he expertly attached a louvered vent cover to keep the critters out.
