Casual, friendly atmosphere (staff and customers). There is a good variety of items on their menu. The food is really good and has the best local pizza in Pueblo West. I gave 4 stars due to the delivery service (3rd party company). I have yet to get a hot pizza when delivered. I do recommend dining in during happy hour. Enjoy! read more

Wish I could give this zero stars! We arrived at the restaurant and stood inside the door for 10 minutes with no one even saying hello. Finally the hostess mouthed that she was going to clear a booth. She walked past us, assuming we would follow her without bothering to say a single word to us. She tossed the menus on the table and ran off, never even asking if we wanted a high chair for the one year old with us. Next we sat in the booth for 15 minutes watching wait staff hurry past us but never even looking our way. Finally we simply left as it was VERY clear we were too much trouble to serve or even acknowledge. Staff sucks! we booked Angelos for a small event dinner. The coordinator was not professional and did not deliver what was promised upon booking. She tried to cut our guests off from food after giving multiple guests half portions and leaving my mom without a plate even though upon booking she said food was all you could eat. After confronting the situation she brought more food, which was COLD. The next day after calling in to speak to a manager or owner my mom was brushed off by the owners daughter who clearly already made up her mind on the situation. This business is very unprofessional and does not know how to give adequate service and reconcile mistakes. read more

Went into Angelos's because I was hungry for the old gluten free pizza with white sauce toppings had a burnt crust when I got it home. Eddie was kind enough to make it right by giving me a credit for my next pizza. As this one is a disappointment. But, with his customer Seevice and thoughtful attitude changed my whole thoughts about my experience. I will give them another chance as I don't go as often as I want but do expect it not to be a burned pizza. Giving two stars because of customer service and that knocked out the park! Horrible customer service!!!!!!! I'm not at all pleased with Angelo's Pueblo West. Last month we ordered a pizza for pickup and when we checked our account we realized we were over charged $5.00. I called to straighten out the mistake and was lied to by the manager and told some banks are now adding %20 to the charge. I was told it's the banks fault call them so I did and was told that is absolutely not the case. The bank credited my account and I called again and spoke with a different manager who told me they would pass along my info to the owner. After waiting several days and not hearing back I called and spoke to the manager that give me the BS bank story and was told my info would be past to the owner. It's been weeks and still nothing. I ordered 2 large pizza one specialty and one two topping , 3 slices of chocolate cake one slice of cheese cake. Total was 74$ and some odd change ( already this pizza should be award winning... ) VERY disappointing, soggy flimsy pizza like a wet rag, even with light sauce. Usually enjoy Angelos HOWEVER tonight I ordered dinner at 3:43 and it was suppose to be ready at 4:08 I stood there until 4:38 and watched the cooks and hostesses play grab ass when I finally had enough. I asked for a refund and will no longer be spending my money here. They weren't even busy. Way to go Pueblo, keeping on keeping on being mediocre. This town is stoned and asleep at all times! Terrible! This is the second time we have ordered take out from this location. We are HUGE fans of the Riverwalk location, but the Pueblo West location is a disappointment. Every meal we have ordered is cold, flavorless and quite a bit smaller is portion size. My chicken pizza club was a sloppy/soggy mess when I opened my box and I might have had a dozen fried next to it. Tonight my baked ziti had ZERO flavor. Just a basic pasta dish not worth the $9.95 I was charged. Save your time & money, go somewhere else. This place is not worth either! read more

Angelo's is possibly the best pizza in Pueblo West with the death of the Pizza Box. That said, they do charge a premium for their goodness. You can expect 2 large specialties to set you back $35 or more. They do have a fairly reasonably priced lunch buffet if you're into that sort of thing or you can buy by the slice. I usually have 3 toppings and get out for less than $4 As my picture demonstrates, they have some nice beer on tap which is something I surely appreciate! :-) Service is always good which is in contrast to the Angelo's on the Riverwalk downtown where the service is always incredibly slow if pleasant. The place is clean, the bathrooms are clean and, what I can see of the kitchen is clean. read more

Definitely not as good as the bigger location in town. The service was decent but there was a certain unpleasant smell permeating the air. The food came out fast but the flavor was missing. The Mo Mac had just a hint of garlic and needed to be heavily salted to have a small amount of flavor. My guys sandwich was anemic looking at best. I really wanted to give this place a good report; however, after the first two pizzas I ordered turned out to be grease on bread (large pepperoni and sausage pizzas ordered two separate times both having visible pools of grease that I had to blot off with a paper towel), I decided to try the chicken, spinach, and mushroom with Alfredo sauce. Angelo's must have changed their recipe because there were no sun dried tomatoes as advertised, barely visible flecks of spinach, and possibly 3 slices of mushrooms for the entire pizza. The chicken appeared to have been boiled and was scattered in large chunks on top, not incorporated in any manner into the Alfredo sauce. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing and definitely not worth the $26 charge. So sad! read more

We always came here for the Brooklyn Rools. However the last two times have been horrendous. The bottom were burnt, we always order one with pepperoni and the other with Canadian bacon. This time they forgot to put the pepperoni upon one of them. Not only were they burnt and did not come with the correct toppings they were the size of their garlic knots. We called to explain the situation and we were hung up on, frankly you lost a customer. Until they get things figured out and act like they care about their customers I would stay clear of this branch and go in town. read more

I have eaten here once before, and the Calzone was really good. My wife also ordered fries which she loved. However, I went in there to order some fries for my wife, it was a different story. I paid in advance, and let them know I would be about10 minutes as I need to pick up a few things from a store in the plaza. 10 minutes later I showed up, and they told me they got busy, and they would start on them now. I looked around and there was exactly 6 people in there. 2 were just drinking at the bar, and 2 were out front smoking... About 5 minutes later I received the coveted fries for my wife. I got them home still hot. We opened them up, and they were WAY over cooked. Basically burnt potatoes, with salt.... for $5. I should have just given the money to the homeless person on the corner. We driving thru town and heard good thungs about Angelos Pizza so we stopped by. After waiting 10 mins to get seated , we didn't get our drink order taken for another 5. Once we did get our drinks, we had to get our servers attention everytime we needed a refill. Then after ordering our pizza, it took about an hour for it to come out. Insult instead of pizza. Just ate there. Pizza was to have 3 toppings on it. pepperoni, mushroom and green olives. Could count on one hand amount of green olives as well as mushrooms.
