The burrata starter was delicious. The burrata itself was so fresh, and the accoutrement were similarly tasty. For mains, the insalata with octopus and shrimp was really good, packed with seafood and balanced with citrus from a light dressing. The ravioli pueblo was interesting. The chile in the sauce was a really nice touch, adding some interesting spice to the dish. The sauce itself was very thick, the heaviness took away from the dish a tiny bit. But all in all, a great sit down meal in Pueblo!

I think they've nailed the location and ambiance but hope they can elevate the entrees from good to WOW. I can see this making them and exciting go to destination. Try it and see what you think. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance that you're either gonna have to call a number on the door to access or have one of your party going and let them know they have to unlock it, and there is a 1 inch lip to get in the accessible entrance. The hallway to the bathrooms is a little bit crowded and will take some navigation. I'm not sure it would be possible to get into the men's restroom using a wheelchair without moving the table they have in the hall. The interior of the bathroom though was great
