I am sure there's a good explanation, but the majority of work we had done in our home was done weeks ago and I have still not gotten my final invoice. The uncertainty associated with the cost is really concerning me and my husband. Making matters worse is the fact that I've emailed them several times and feel like I'm getting the run around. It's a shame, because I otherwise had a really good experience with this company. I just hope the reason for the delay in getting the invoice isn't because they do not know how much time/materials were spent on the job. Every other person we hired submitted their invoices to us weeks ago.

The company later denied my claim, stating I signed a liability waiver because the units remained stacked. My issue is not that the units were transported stacked -- it's that they appear to have been improperly secured during transport, causing the straps to fail and the appliance to fall. I trusted the movers to transport the unit safely. Very disappointing outcome and claims process.

I jumped in the car and headed to EPC. I called back to confirm it was in fact the Turbo and it was. When I got there Carl had it ready and said he was able to sell it to me for $115. It was clearly used but when I took it back to my store and plugged it in (had to use a parallel cable instead of USB) it worked like a champ. EPC's price was less than 1/2 of anything I saw on the internet and I was able to get it immediately. It had been a while since I had been here but will certainly return next time I need something.
