I went to the Easton store to speak to a manager and none on site on Sunday and I was assured a manager would contact me. it is 15 days later and no contact from Boss Gal to even inquire if I am ok and how my skin is healing. I soon booked my surgery and counted down the days. I was contacted by Molly my Patient Care Coordinator and Autum my surgical Nurse who made sure I was all set up for my appointment, had everything I needed, and responded promptly to any question I had, they we're awesome. I checked in for my pre-op appointment - where I was greeted by name and a huge smile. Got instructions about what to do for the next two to six weeks, went over any last minute questions I had and was set to return for my surgery the following day.
