I had a dryer that was only blowing room temperature air, they gave me a refund for the cost and were very helpful. The machines are not so new but most of them are working. The facility is clean and kept up. The parking lot is pretty small and so are the parking spaces so if you're driving an RV or super duty truck you might want to try parking on the side of the road. They don't use coins so you must purchase a card for $5 and add money to it. They will however give you your $5 back upon returning the card which is nice. The prices for using the machines are average also. all in all its a nice small town laundry mat that I will return to when I'm back in the area.

I asked her if she could get the tar out and she said yes, they'd get it out. The sweatshirt she wasn't sure about. She asked me to pay up front, which I thought was odd, but I did. I thought she was being weird about it, but I assumed I was imagining it. Today I picked them up. The swim stuff looked exactly like it did when I dropped it off. I definitely could have done better at home. The only reason I think they did anything at all is because the sweatshirt was WORSE than I left it. The stain that was on the back is now bigger and on the FRONT as well! When I pointed this out, she said it was like that when I dropped it off. When I said she said they'd be able to get the tar out, she said repeatedly "no, we never say we can get stains out, look it says on your receipt, just wash." The customer picking up her clothes in front of me paid at pickup, leading me to believe that the owner KNEW she wasn't going to do what she said she would and she knew I would never pay for that, but if I paid up front she could refuse to refund me and lie about her assurances to my face. She is deceitful and absolutely shameless about it. I'm mad enough to go to small claims about it, but it just doesn't make sense for this much money, and that's why they keep getting away with this. I do not have a washer or dryer so I must use local laundromats. I tried this one because it was in close proximity to my residence. I couldn't imagine a worse experience when it comes to just about everything you would expect from a laundromat. The lady(who described herself as the sister-in-law of the owner) was very rude and not helpful at all. If anything, it seemed like she took pleasure in seeing me struggle. I was born in this town, I work downtown as a professional, and I have absolutely no reason to give someone an undeserved bad review. Then again that lady had no reason to give me an undeserved bad attitude. I stand by my words.
