For my brown folks,…read more You know that feeling of being watched by a hawk by a racist solely because you are a minority? Well, come on in - you'll surely feel out of place in this store. One would think security cameras in every corner would be enough, but no! My wife and I are pretty used to being watched in places where certain people think we don't belong in. But hey, this is 2021 and racist people just need to be called out. For my non-brown people, They sell good stuff here! They got a business card that offers 20% off once every week. Radical stuff that you won't come across in every thrift shop. Lady was super nice besides the subtle racism.

We found some awesome pieces at the Blessing Barn & books at the adorable bookstore/cafe next door!…read moreI loved the staging in the barn's first floor and the variety of items sold. There is at least one small changing room which is helpful and a restroom in both buildings. I'm taking off one star only because while some prices were great ($2-3 clothing in certain sections!), some items that weren't vintage felt a bit overpriced. It's definitely worth checking out and trying to find some deals.

I had just made it to town on a…read moreSunday, and didn't have time to any more antiquing before heading back to the airport the next morning, so was very happy to stop in here, and do a quick lap. I saw so many things I wanted to get! Unfortunately, some of them were way to big to wrangle home, but nonetheless it was fun looking around. The place had a mix of authentic antiques and new made to look old stuff in a few booths. A number of booths featured vintage clothing, and home decor, with the full rainbow of small collectibles and ephemera. Also, as an out-of-towner, the directions took me to the front of the store, with only street parking, but there was a parking lot behind the building, and other fun shops in the building. This was on a lower level. Definitely a spot worth wandering around if you like old things.

Very interesting and unique locally owner stores and super friendly people!! I was fascinated by the store " Seed to Stem" which is described as a lifestyle and plant boutique. It was easy to spend on hour in the store just taking it all in. We also went to the Aristide in the basement and enjoyed looking at the wide range of items...books, clothing, jewelry, knick knacks of various ages, and general home decor items. A fascinating place that you should try!

The multi room refurbished warehouse…read moreis filled to the brim with new and lightly used clothing and household items (for other thrifters it reminded me of Pop and Bernat Mill Antiques) each room was organized, clearly labeled, and well lit. I also like that they had a donation ticket kiosk at checkout , where you could pick a tag and that food pantry item would be purchased for a Rhode Islander in need. The employees I interacted with were pleasant and efficient. The prices were on par with other competitors. They also have an off street parking lot directly across the street from the warehouse. This business fills up quickly (they have a waiting line outside when they hit capacity) with patron, so my best tip would be to arrive early, so you have ample time to browse all of the different sections of the warehouse.
