While attempting to get a receipt or proof of sale for items owned by my Grandmother, the attitude immediately changed and they became incredibly rude and defensive. I fault myself for being surprised, seeing as I had already seen reviews on google which they had responded to incredibly rudely and negatively. I highly anticipate the same treatment for myself. After the incident concerning my Grandmother's items, my Mother and Aunt were asked to leave and told they were not welcome to return and the issue was left unresolved. While I understand no one appreciates being questioned about their business and style, you would still anticipate a level of decorum on part of the employees and also an accurate record of sales. However, I am no longer concerned about how this business is run, because I will also consider myself unwelcome there as well.
