I ordered some chair pads for my kitchen table through the owners. They used a local company, Rhody Rugs, to stock some of their products. I love that local supports local here! The products are reasonably priced! The owners take a holiday during the month of July (Probably to make room for more cool things they will find on holiday!) and when I went there recently, they had a 20% off sale on the entire store! The owners are also very, very kind. They took the time to talk to me to get to know me. I went back to the store to pick up my chair pads and I did not expect them to remember me, but they did! It's so rare and lucky to find a business that cares about customers like this. This is a store I will be going to frequently, as the merchandise will change and turnover and the owners are awesome!

They have dates on most items and after a certain date the price goes down but the item may not be there. Lots of furniture, dishes, nicknacks etc. I bought a beautiful plate and a picture for my plant wall. I was left alone to look which I like. They appeared to have a decent selection of clothing in varying sizes with accessories at fair price points. Parking is a little more challenging at the new location so I would recommend that sellers or buyers visit during non-peak hours to avoid traffic and secure nearby parking. The check in process was similar to the other location, the one associate that I interacted with was informative and friendly but her colleague at the registers was a bit more standoffish when I entered the store and had minimal interaction with me. Like most Plato closets I feel as though the associates rushed through the bag (per records it was 7 minutes), though they did make an offer it was clear the bag was not entirely checked. They also made a lowball offer but I believe this was due to the store being overstocked in all clothing categories. I think overall it was wasn't a bad experience, but definitely room for improvement. I wish the owners luck with this new endeavor.

I must give this place a zero rating. I brought quite a few new, with price tag, items in to sell…read more It was a nightmare. Three months later I received a check for seven dollars. You are required to sign a form which you do not receive a copy of. I was told I could have taken a picture of it with my iPhone. They keep 50% PLUS one dollar per item. You're better off donating your items to the Salvation Army and getting a tax deduction. The place is full of worthless junk. There's no organization. The odor inside is a mixture of mold, mildew and body odor. They don't return hangers. Mine were a high quality plastic which I was assured would be returned. My advice would be to stay away.
