Approximately 27 MONTHS LATER, I was advised that the same exhaust component needed to be replaced AGAIN. In my opinion, that is an unacceptable lifespan for a repair of this nature and raises serious questions about the quality of the part supplied, the installation, or the original repair. I retained the invoice and photographs and subsequently examined the components on the vehicle. Rather than reassuring me, what I found left me with MORE questions about exactly what was installed in 2024 and why I was facing the same repair again barely two years later. This is what concerns me most: customers generally cannot crawl underneath their vehicles and verify expensive repairs themselves. We PAY professional mechanics because we TRUST them to install the parts we paid for and perform the work competently. After this experience, that trust is gone. I brought my concerns directly to Frank, the Service Manager (Habib the owner refused to speak with me). Frank refused to answer any of my questions and did not provide an explanation.
