We came in with a group of 10 the other day, only to be greeted by what I can only describe as the most unfriendly, rude, and disrespectful lady I have ever met. We would ask basic questions, only for her to quite literally yell at us and make extremely unprofessional remarks about every inquiry we had. Hands down top 3 worst customer service I have ever seen and dealt with in over 20 years. The other male bartender was nice, and was friendly and personable. The lanes where we were out at had the overwhelming smell or poop for about 2 hours, absolutely disgusting (the bathrooms are over there). Everyone in our group was flabbergasted how we were treated, and we were nothing but respectful, and just wanted to help a local business. We come here every year for our birthdays, but never will again, ever. The only reason this is 2 stars and not 1, is I found the prices to be fair, and the other staff seemed normal and professional. Again, I hope this buisness uses this for information for areas of opportunity, I'm not trying to attack, but just be honest .

Wow, completely terrible AWFUL customer service…read more My sister had called weeks ago to book a birthday party for my nephew. She spoke to an older woman on the phone who took the reservation and said everything was in order. Fast forward to last Saturday. The birthday party starts at noon. My sister shows up at 11:30am to get everything set up and the place is closed. The sign on the door indicates that the place was supposed to open at 9am. Frantic phone calls to the number listed on the website go unanswered. The answering machine also confirms that the bowling alley was supposed to open at 9am. So my sister is in tears trying to find a way to salvage this party. She was able to move the party to Meadow Lanes North on less than 20 minutes notice, which was a life saver. I sent an email to the address listed on the website looking for clarification on what happened and received no reply. Facebook messages were also ignored. A worker FINALLY showed up at 11:50am to open the place up (remember it was supposed to open at 9am). This worker was incredibly rude to my mother when she demanded an explanation. The worker claims there was no party booked and demanded my mother leave. So all in all, terrible, awful, customer service. Do not book parties here. Do not give them your business. Owners and employees don't bother to write down reservations or own up to their mistakes.

Every year when I get back there on vacation, they've spent another zillion dollars rehabbing another section. In July 2025, several of us went bowling and the lanes are excellently maintained (unlike those ridiculous new cheap lanes where the pins have strings through them?!??!). The beer was great too. I really hope the family who owns this doesn't lose the faith, and the community backs up this business because it will only get nicer as time goes on. We need more places like this to get us off our couch butts and go get some fun activity.

This place is frozen pizza, beer on tap or in a bottle, and friendly faces. The owners Bruce and Penny are the sweetest, most kind people you will ever meet. Willow Creek has open bowl hours on Saturday and we called and found that they had some free lanes. When we arrived, it was definitely busting in there but they did have a couple free lanes. We secured our lane, ordered a couple bourbon old fashioned cocktails, a basket of fries, and some jalapeno poppers (you know..your usual bowling alley fare). You order at the bar and the bring your food right to your lane. Everything was great. Good seating at the lanes, a nice area to keep your food and drink behind the lane area, and even some nice hooks to hang your coats while you bowl. Zero complaints and a fun afternoon had! It's hard to get to 10 dollars because the food is so inexpensive and the drinks are too. It isn't a complaint because they have an ATM right next to the bar if you don't spend enough. I have been here on a few occasions in previous years for drinks, bands, and food and it was always a good time but at that time food was average bar food. It is very hard to find a good Bloody Mary and Rev's did not disappoint. Our daughter had pizza with her team and she said it was very good. We decided we would order food as well. The menu has a lot of great things to choose from, much more extensive than when I previously ate here. I made the choice of the pulled pork wrap with Korean BBG sauce along with fries. My husband ordered the Western Burger and fries. We were both extremely pleased with our meal. I can quite honestly say that this wrap was the best that I have had in a very long time! They did not skimp on anything, it was absolutely delicious! We both agreed that we will need to come back again sometime soon and try the pizza and wings.
