My child wanted to have a birthday party here so I called the party hotline a month and a half in advance. They told me they do not take credit cards over the phone and that I needed to pay in person during open skate or drop off cash/check in their dropbox. I decided to go to open skate with the deposit. I got a payment receipt but didn't get confirmation that my party was booked. They gave me generic invitations and sent me on my way. It said on the website there would be a party hostess assigned. In my mind a hostess is someone who makes sure everything is planned out and goes smoothly. I didn't hear anything for two weeks to know if I even had the party booked. I called the party hotline again and was told to call the Rollaire number during business hours. Of course no one answered the phone and I had to leave a message. I called the following day and said I left a message but no one returned my call. The lady took my number and said she'd relay the message for someone to get back to me. No one called me back. I called and left messages a dozen times over the course of the remainder of the month and got no response. I still sent out invites hoping it would be booked. The day before the party I got a call and was told yes it's booked. I asked about coming a little early to set up and was told no. They have an event prior to and we scheduled it from 11-1 so we go in at 11. Mind you this is a private session. No extra decorations allowed and no water bottles. I had no clue about soda or pizza. I was under the impression they cooked the pizza there but the lady said it got delivered. The day of the party we all arrived at the same time. The doors didn't open until 11:03am. The "party hostess" turned out to be two teenagers who didn't even know I was the parent. They kept asking my husband questions even though I organized the whole thing. They took my cake and goody bags behind the counter because they weren't allowed in the sitting area. This was not cool because a couple people left early and I wasn't able to give their kids goody bags. They didn't set them out until the end of the party. They counted kids that wouldn't be attending like siblings that were brought along but weren't the actual invitees. They said "we're not counting them as skaters but for food". At the time I had no clue until I realized what kids they were talking about. They charged for the walkers which in my head should be complimentary considering the age group. 95% of the kids never skated before. The pizza was delivered from Domino's. I'm sorry, but if I'm forking out $300 for a party I would expect pizza that doesn't cost $6/box. The "party hostesses" sat in the office playing on their phones. Of course they didn't set eventually come out when I asked for them and had to ask about games as such. They didn't tell me up front if there were games. Also know your crowd! The music was club music like Anaconda by Nicki Minaj and other music that was along the same genre. My party was full of kids under the age of 10. Definitely not age appropriate music. Baby Shark would've been more appropriate. All the kids had fun but overall this will be the first and last time we have a party here. The $300+ was not worth it. read more

SOO one of the staff members were not that nice let me tell you what happened so i was with my friends and there were these kids, and they were trying to crash into me and my friends so I go over by them and i ask them really nicely if they could be a little bit more careful as I said i asked nicely and the one of the staff comes over and says why are you bothering these people and he said it in mean way and I said because i was asking them if they could be a little bit more careful and he said again why are you bothering these people and i said i just told you why and then he accused me of pointing at somebody when it was my friend so i tell him i wasn't pointing my friend was and he said oh really i saw you and i said no i didn't and i told him who was pointing and he goes over there and benches my friends so i was like okay and then it was good for about an hour and then my friend comes by and says where's my toy i won because she won a fidget from the claw machine and we all say we don't know but then my friend gets up and checks the other bench and this kid has it so we ask politely to give it back and then my other friend comes over and she starts to get mad because the kid who took her fidget kept teasing here and taking pictures of here and what makes it so messed up is that she autistic so she doesn't know any better and these boys are taking pics of here and when we tell the staff they didn't do nothing but when my friend points at somebody they get benched but these boys are taking pics of a autistic girl LIKE WTF but after that it died down until my friend's were goofing off and they fliped eachother off and the staff meber thought she was flipping him off so he comes over and says take off your skates and sit down and she's saying why why and he said you know what you did and she said know i don't so he said you need to leave your banned from this place and she's breaking down into tears and he's just sitting there with a smile and he said if we dont leave were going to call the cops so we had to wait for there mom to get there and then we left.. IM SO SORRY I COULD NOT GIVE OUT NAMES ITS FOR PRIVACY HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND HAVE A GOOD DAY OR NIGHT. read more

It is not the biggest but probably the best skating rink I've seen. The location is excellent with plenty of parking. What sets them apart is the place is located next to a mini water park, baseball field, children's park, etc... Their concessions are ok and the bathroom facilities needs some renovation. Overall, the place is worth checking it out. read more

I have been to several rinks across the country and this one is one of the best. From safety to service, they know what they are doing. The snack bar is loaded, parents can watch for free if they aren't skating, and the skate guards' heads are always on a swivel, and are there immediately for those who need help. The floor is in excellent condition, and large enough for competitive events. It is clean and well looked after. DJ's take requests, and play games. Lockers keep your items safe too. The skate shop is loaded with anything you could want, and pro's are there to answer questions! read more

Definitely a place I would come back to. Lots of space. The only think is if you rent there skates the buckles can be tricky to stay closed. read more

Incredibly impressed with this Roller Skating Rink. The prices for admission, skate rentals and snack bar are very responsibly priced. The DJ is a blast, they do lots of fun things instead of just skating in a circle (races, wipeout, etc.). They have an area for parents to sit and observe (at no cost) which is so convenient. The one thing that impressed me the most was the employees they have skating around the rink with everyone making sure everyone is okay. They make sure to help anyone who falls and if they are having a hard time they'll help them get off the rink or they'll barricade them until they get back up so no one runs into them. They really make the skating rink a safe place. As a parent spectator it makes me feel at ease since I can't just run onto the rink to help my kid if he/she falls. read more
